RELATIONSHIP DIAGRAMS In this diagram the spaces are grouped based on their functions and how the are related to eaother. The Laundry Room and Garage were grouped together because they are both used for storage. The Family Room, Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen were put together because they are used for serving and gathering, which is why they need to be next to eachother in the plan and for easy circulation between the spaces. BLOCKING DIAGRAMS The public spaces are spaces of more interation while the private spaces are for interaction primarily by the resident living in that room. The Yogs/Sauna Room is private because it is for just the two adults living in the home and the Living and Dining are private because it is an elegant space used for only special occassions.
