5441B 15:54: 1801426 LAKE SHORE BLVD E 244 ST CHILD RESTRAINT LAW/ WEIGHS UNDER 40LBS Male operator was stopped for a driving infraction and found to be driving under suspension. Male was arrested for DUS, and held for South Euclid PD on a warrant for DUS. 5473 17:49: 1801427 DISPLAY LICENSE PLATES 21651 CRYSTAL AV Operator was stopped for an equipment violation and found to be driving under suspension. Marijuana was located and the driver also had an outstanding misd warrant with EPD for drivers license required. 2300 18:23: THEFT 1801428 711 E 223 ST Police investigated a stolen cell phone complaint. The cell phone was tracked to a residence on Forestview Dr. Police spoke to the homeowner who gave consent to search the premise. The juvenile suspect admitted to where the phone was at. The juvenile suspect was placed under arrest for theft. 5425F 19:07: 1801429 VEHICLE PURSUIT - NO ARREST 27800 HILLANDALE DR A male that was known to police to have numerous felony warrants and pending warrants, fled from police in a vehicle. The vehicle was later located and the female driver was arrested for an unrelated traffic violation and pending warrant with an outside agency. 1201 20:10: 1801430 AGG. ROBBERY-BUSINESS-GUN 21820 LAKE SHORE BLVD Unknown black male brandished firearm to store clerk and demanded money. Removed from LEADS No damage / With keys @Holyoke 09:00: 1801440 394 E 200 ST Unknown female grabbed juveniles arm and pulled her while saying, "Come here." The juvenile pulled her arm away and ran home. The unknown female was questioned by the juvenile's adult sister. The unknown female got onto an RTA bus and left the area south on East 200 St. Dark skin black female, stated she was in her thirties but looked late teens/early twenties, wearing all black clothes, black/white/gray shoes and headphones. Family will call if they see the female in the future for identification. 12:02: 1801443 26941 SIDNEY DR 2384 THEFT-LICENSE PLATE Vehicle front registration plate lost/ stolen. 6399 13:09: 1801445 24455 LAKE SHORE BLVD ANIMAL - MISCELLANEOUS 2300 13:35: THEFT 1801447 19201 EUCLID AV 6D Female's locker was broken into in a common storage area. Items were missing. 5707B 13:23: 1801448 AGGRAVATED TRESPASS 25180 LAKE SHORE BLVD Suspect went onto victims' property, threatened to kill victim, went back to his driveway to a car and got something out of the trunk and hid his hand behind his back, returned to the victims' property and punched the car windows. Police observed the vehicle make a traffic violation. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was arrested for driving under suspension. Male does not live in lobby and refused several requests by security to leave premises 5309 21:01: 1801466 51 LEXINGTON SQ TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT A female is being harassed by telephone for unknown reasons. 2699 21:48: 1801468 FRAUD (FREE TEXT) LAKELAND BL male believed he purchased an Apple Iphone X and discovered it was just a Iphone X. Police found two males high on PCP on the callers property. Both were placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct-Intoxicated and were transported to EGH. 2384 17:02: 1801482 THEFT-LICENSE PLATE Theft ( stolen temporary license plate ) 396 E 250 ST 03/17/18 03:57:01 Stolen Plate located by Wicliffe PD. Per Wickliffe PD, plate will be taken to Wickliffe PD. kk 20:33: 1801486 22295 EUCLID AV Female advised to leave the premises and not return. 21:04: Drug Investigation 5416B 1801487 21:21: 1801489 TURNING AT INTERSECTIONS E 260 ST TUNGSTEN RD BLUESTONE PKWY E 260 ST Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop police located marijuana and cocaine inside the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was placed under arrest for the drugs. 0903A 00:35: 1801491 521 KENWOOD DR ATTEMPTED AGG. MURDER-NONFAMILY-GUN A male and female got into a verbal and phsyical altercation. The female sped away in a vehicle and the male shot into the car. Page #: 6

Caller stated her ex husband stated he was going to "kick the door in". 2323 15:14: 1801496 THEFT-SHOPLIFTING 725 E 200 ST Male was cited and released for shoplifting after attempting to take a bottle of wine from inside the store. 2300 15:32: THEFT 1801497 22402 LAKE SHORE BLVD GRAND THEFT ( $13,000.00 power saw stolen from work truck ) 5478D 17:59: 1801499 E 250 ST ALBERTON RD DRIVING UNDER FRA SUSPENSION Male arrested for driving under suspension after providing false info on a traffic stop. 7395E 18:50: 1801500 DISTURBANCE - FIGHT Boyfriend / Girlfriend and siblings fighting in apartment. 5219 19:44: 1801501 THREATS - GENERAL 24455 LAKE SHORE BLVD 1002 1640 E 243 ST Three sisters have been threatening and harassing the complainant via social media. 1398 21:49: 1801502 AGGRAV MENACING 25505 TUNGSTEN RD Victims was walking with her boyfriend when suspect/ex boyfriend approaches them in a vehicle and discharges a firearm up in the air. Suspect fled scene in vehicle. Report was forwarded to detective bureau. 2210A 01:56: 1801506 471 E 266 ST ATTEMPTED AGG. BURGLARY - NO FORCED ENTRY - RESID Suspect was standing at front of residence when resident arrived home, told female resident that he was going to rape her and attempted to enter the residence but was unable. A male resident inside the home detained suspect until Police arrived. The subject male was taken into custody. Page #: 7

The vehicle fled from police and drove over multiple front lawns. Police let the vehicle drive away. 5404T 05:04: 1801508 E 222 ST OVI-PRIOR CONVICTIONS & TEST REFUSAL Male was found unconscious behind the wheel, arrested for DUS, later found to be in possession of a firearm and felony drugs, charged additionally with OVI. 1213 10:01: 1801509 AGG. ROBBERY (FREE TEXT) 25801 EUCLID AV Black male walked into US Hair and pointed a gun at employee. Male then walked behind the counter, opened the register, and took the money that was inside of it. Male then left westbound on foot. 4898 12:31: 1801511 20485 EUCLID AV CONVEY PROHIBITED ITEMS INTO JAIL/MENTAL FACILITY Male arrested on warrant and later found to be in possesion of possible narcotics. 12:31: 1801512 21820 LAKE SHORE BLVD Caller stated there was a black male sitting inside a tan Cadillac (HIX1941) who he believed was selling drugs. Caller stated several people walked up to the vehicle for a brief amount of time and then walked away. 2996 13:01: 1801513 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF E 222 ST IVAN AV Female stated that a male threw eggs at her vehicle while it was parked in the middle of the night, on Ivan near E. 222nd. 2604B 13:29: 1801515 545 E 222 ST TAKING IDENTITY OF ANOTHER 13:47: 1801516 26841 MALLARD AV 2497 14:06: 1801518 19831 LOCHERIE AV VEHICLE AND/OR PLATES RECOVERED BY US Gray Hyundai, GUP7665, parked on the wrong side of street is entered stolen from University Hts. University Hts Police took possession of vehicle from the scene. 2995 13:36: 1801519 22401 IVAN AV CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING Juvenile ran onto victims porch while playing ding dong ditch and damaged the victims storm door. Victim ran outside and eventually caught the juvenile and walked the juvenile to Euclid Fire Station 1 until police arrived. Page #: 8

The vehicle was parked inside of an unlocked garage at her property. 6396 16:04: 1801521 ANIMAL AT LARGE 19500 NEWTON AV Female caller stated two pitbulls "attacked" her dog. Caller stated the pitbulls belonged to the resident at 284 E. 197 St. 7395 19:20: 1801526 DISTURBANCE E 239 ST BABBITT RD Disturbance (Male threw glass bottle from GMC Acadia at Dodge Ram truck while traveling E/B on I-90. Both vehicles exited I-90 onto Babbitt Rd and a physical altercation ensued between parties inside both vehicles) 5412 21:28: 1801529 TRAFFIC SIGNALS Male fled from police and resisited arrest. 7395C 22:10: 1801530 LAKELAND BL BABBITT RD 20920 MORRIS AV DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST Child went to a neighbors house to report that a male and female were fighting inside of his home. Officers spoke to the female who was not very cooperative.
