Date and Venue of the Meeting a. Date The 57th CCS Meeting will be convened from 9-11 February 2009. The tentative schedule of the meeting is as in Annex A. b. 3. Meeting Registration All delegates are requested to confirm their participation using the Pre-Registration Form as in Annex B (before 2 February 2009). Delegates are also required to register on the day of the actual Meeting. Registration counter will be opened on Monday, 9 February 2009 from 8.00 9.00 am. 4. Accommodation Rooms with special rates have been secured at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel for delegates attending 57th CCS Meeting. The rates are: East Wing Superior Room Club Superior West Wing Deluxe Room Club Deluxe RM280.00++ per room per night with one buffet RM410.00++ per room per night with one buffet RM320.00++ per room per night with one buffet RM470.00++ per room per night with one buffet The above room rates are: Non-commissionable. Additional buffet at RM45.00++ per person. Rate is subject to 10% service charge and 5% service tax. Reservations made after 2 February 2009 will be subject to room availability. 2

Delegates will be responsible for all hotel charges including room charges, cancellation charges, telephone/fax or e-mail charges, mini bar consumption and other services. In any case of room cancellation made after forwarding the hotel registration form request or in any event of noshow, the hotel shall charge a cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to one-night stay at the rate confirmed and booked. 5. Transportation Delegates can arrange for transportation: a. From Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Hotel - Airport Limousine Service Tickets for the limousine services are available at the counter in the arrival hall of KLIA at the following rates (one way): Budget cars : RM67.40 (US$18.20) Premier cars : RM92.40 (US$24.90) KLIA Express Train : RM 35 nett (from airport to KL Sentral) and RM 15++ (from KL Sentral to Hotel via taxi) b.
