Supervisor Davis, T/Covington explained the proposal and the Town s position of getting water in lieu of placing the tank on the tax rolls. The County would also be asked to make the exemption. Supervisor Davis will have to deal with the school district. The area for a water district area will be discussed in the future. Supervisor Granger, T/Castile inquired if any of the Supervisors have encountered a situation where an outstanding water bill with penalties has been forgiven by the municipality. There is a property in the V/Castile that needs to be demolished but there is an outstanding water bill that the potential purchaser who is willing to demo the structure is not willing to pay as the property is not worth it He is purchasing the property for a dollar.
