This is what everyone has been waiting for -- Convention 2015 information!! Our 42nd Biennial Convention promises to be a wonderful 4 days and 4 nights of sisterhood! We are working hard to plan a fun-packed four days of learning, sharing and celebrating. We can t wait for the arrival of everyone at the Grand Hyatt Tampa on Wednesday, June 24th. We will have many popular Convention activities like the Shield Ceremony and PHIS as well as motivational and informative presentations. Wednesday night we will be welcomed to Florida at dinner followed by an exciting opening program. Thursday open with the Shield Ceremony followed by our opening business session. The days educational programming will help all to learn to live, and recruit, as exemplary women. That evening we will welcome several special guests for a special and empowering evening of programming. Friday will feature the PHIS and more programming geared towards recruitment for collegians and professional and personal development for alumnae. Friday evening will be highlighted by the Foundation Shabbat Dinner and more phinomenal programming. Saturday will include our final business session and dynamic programming on timely and important topics and the installation of the 2015-2017 National Council at our Gala Final Banquet. Above all else, we will enjoy spending time with, and getting to know, sisters from Atlantic to Pacific as we enjoy our everlasting friendships. We will all leave Tampa having discovered the many treasures of AEPhi sisterhood! Attached are registration forms, travel forms and pricing information for all collegians. Remember National pays the cost of transportation for two delegates per chapter/colony but all members are welcome to attend! VITAL INFORMATION WHAT TO BRING For Wednesday afternoon s delegate orientation: Casual travel clothes, pants, shorts For Wednesday night s dinner and evening programming Casual travel clothes are fine, it will be a long day For Thursday s Shield Ceremony, business session and workshops: A green and/or white outfit is needed; choose either a dress, skirt or nice pants (black pants with a white shirt are NOT acceptable) NO SHORTS, JEANS OR TANK TOPS For Thursday night s dinner and program: Business casual dress, skirt or nice pants NO SHORTS, JEANS OR TANK TOPS For Friday s PHIS, workshops and Foundation Shabbat Dinner: Business casual (see above) For Saturday s business session and Awards Luncheon: Business casual (see above) For the Gala Final Banquet: Formal attire is appropriate this is the time to wear your nicest dress For relaxing and free time: Swimwear, athletic wear, shorts, etc. Additional items to bring: Sorority badge (pin) Camera Lots of energy The hotel is air conditioned, so a sweater may be useful Don t forget to bring some money for the Boutique, Foundation raffle & greetings or any incidentals you might incur on your hotel bill, tipping, souvenirs, snacks, etc.

ORIENTATION On Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 p.m., all delegates, both collegiate and alumnae, will participate in a Delegate Orientation. This very important session will explain what will take place during the coming four days including an overview of business sessions, special ceremonies and workshops. On Friday we will be holding our annual PHIS (Planning, Helping and Informing Sessions). Each chapter and colony will be scheduled for a mandatory meeting with representatives of their team, National Council and/or our staff. These sessions will be an opportunity to ask questions, set goals and plan for the future. Start thinking of what you want to share and what help you may want. You will receive more information on what you need to bring for these meetings... Be on the watch for it! When not in a PHIS, you will be attending exciting topical workshops.

ALPHA EPSILON PHI CONVENTION REGISTRATION INFORMATION GRAND HYATT, TAMPA, FLORIDA JUNE 24-28 2015 All hotel and registration fees must be prepaid with the attached registration form. Please use your full name on all forms in order to avoid confusion. Complete the registration form, attach a check and return it as soon as possible to the National Office, 11 Lake Avenue Extension, Suite 1A, Danbury, CT 06811. Each person attending Convention (collegians, alumnae and guests) must complete a separate form. REGISTRATION FEES The registration fee is $200 for all participants registering by April 17, 2015; after this date, it is $275.00. There are absolutely no refunds after May 15. The registration fee helps cover the cost of your registration packet, favors, transportation and much, much more. CONVENTION PACKAGE The package includes room, breakfast coupons, all lunches and dinners starting with dinner Wednesday night and concluding with the banquet on Saturday. The packages cost: Single: $900.00/per person Double: $650.00/per person All collegians will be in double rooms and will be assigned a roommate. No roommate requests, for collegians, will be honored. This fee is also due with the attached registration form by April 17, 2015. Chapters/colonies should help to cover expenses for their advisors. If an advisor wishes a single room, the additional cost is her responsibility. Travel for one advisor per chapter/ colony is covered by the national organization. TRANSPORTATION National pays the transportation for all official delegates. Each chapter/colony is entitled to two official delegates; the president and the vice president-recruitment. If either of these officers cannot attend, the president must contact Bonnie Wunsch to determine an alternate delegate. Delegates MUST return to their chapters in the fall. All delegates MUST make their travel arrangements through the national travel agent by using the enclosed travel form. Delegates must be booked at the lowest fares. These forms must submitted to the National Office no later than April 17, 2015, as well. WHO COMES Actives, new members, chapter support team members, advisors, national directors, National Council, all other alumnae, families and guests. The hotel will honor Convention rates three days prior and three days after Convention.

TRANSPORTATION ALL DELEGATES whose transportation will be paid by National must book their travel through our national travel agency and the National Office. To facilitate this procedure, all tickets will be booked by the National Office using the information provided on the enclosed Travel Form. This form must be completed and sent to the National Office no later than April 17, 2015. When requesting your flight, please use the following guidelines: All participants will fly in out and out of Tampa International Airport. All delegates, collegiate and alumnae, must be registered and ready to attend their first session at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday; flights must be scheduled to arrive no later than 1:00 p.m. All other participants should plan to arrive by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Departures may be any time on Sunday. Your itinerary for your electronic ticket will be e-mailed to you directly from the travel agent (kcriscuolo@cctrvl.com - please make sure it doesn t go to your spam folder). All airfares will be billed directly to the Sorority. Any penalties incurred due to changes to the original ticket will be the responsibility of the ticket-holder; these penalties can be quite substantial. Most airlines do not allow any changes to the original itinerary and no airline allows a name change. Most airlines charge a fee for any checked baggage. This fee is the responsibility of each individual. If you are driving, you will be reimbursed at.55 cents per mile (not to exceed the lowest possible airfare) and a check will be mailed to you after Convention. No reimbursements will be given at Convention!! On-site parking is free for self parking or $12 a day for valet (rates are subject to change). The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport and complimentary shuttle transportation is provided from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. If you have any transportation questions, please contact Bonnie Wunsch in the National Office.
