The officer made contact with the student and was informed as to why they were there. Subject 2 handed the officer a small mag containing a marijuana bud. The student was very agitated and stated there were a lot of issues going on but he did not want to harm himself. The officer and student spoke for some time and he appeared to be settled down. The officer met with the victim whom he had given an escort about an hour prior. The victim stated she was in her vehicle when a subject came up to her vehicle asking for help because his vehicle had been towed. The victim did not help the subject and the subject left. The subject never attempted to grab or harm the victim.
