Location Company s headquarter is located in Belgrade, Vidska no. 24 street, with organization unit Mechanization (Repair workshop, Transport and Construction Machinery) located in Kumodraska Street no. 255, all owned by the company. The company has asphalt plants in Obrenovac, Zagrađe, Mala Krsna, Batočina and Srbobrane with office facilities, warehouses, and workers accommodation facilities. The company also owns a resort in Dobrota, near Kotor, in Bukulja, near Aranđelovac and apartments in Zlatibor and Vrnjačka banja, as well as assets on road basis.

Long tradition The company was created by decision of the Executive Council NR Serbia of December 12, 1961, and it operates officially since January 1, 1962. In 1967, the following companies: Road Company Požarevac and Road Company Valjevo merged with the Company. According to the Constitution from 1974, the Company operates as complex organization with 9 OOUR and two working communities. Over the next fifteen years, there have been numerous transformations, and in the end of 1989, from the company Roads Belgrade, the following road companies were created: Požarevac, Valjevo, Belgrade Maintenance, SrbijaAutoput, Naplata putarine and today s Roads Company Belgrade, which entered in the court register on December 13, 1989. Since January 1, 2003, the Company merged with Belgrade Maintenance, with all of its assets and 257 employees. According to the Agreement on sale of socially owned capital of the Company, method of sale public tender, signed on June 23, 2005, the company was transformed into a joint stock company with 100% equity. In line with the Decision on change of form of August 22, 2005, the socially owned company became open JSC under the name Roads Company Belgrade JSC Belgrade. Previously mentioned Sale Agreement was terminated, and Privatization Agency adopted the Decision to restructure the Company on November 7, 2011.

Product portfolio Company s main activity: Construction, Reconstruction, Repair, regular and winter maintenance of state Roads (I and II), municipal roads, streets, sidewalks, road bridges, overpasses, underpasses, runways, dams, quays and other transport facilities. The Company is also engaged in the production and incorporation of asphalt mixture for roads, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and construction machinery, as well as transport of goods in road traffic, which enables a closed technological cycle in construction and maintenance of roads and traffic facilities. The company performs its activities in territory of Republic of Serbia. Work units in Obrenovac, Smederevo (Mala Krsna), Zagrađe and Čačak (Gornji Milanovac), work units (sections) Maintenance in Belgrade, Topola and Lazarevac cover the territory of numerous municipalities. Company s management and profession services, Organizational Unit Machinery (WU Transport, Construction Machinery, Service workshop and Repair and maintenance) are all located in Belgrade. The company owns five asphalt plants with total capacity 725 tons per hour. The Company is fully equipped with complete construction equipment, means of transport, infrastructure and resources required for construction, reconstruction and maintenance of roads.

Product portfolio Since its establishment, the Company has constructed or reconstructed several thousand kilometers of highways, regional and local roads, streets, highway sections: Road Umčari-Kolari; Road Pirot Bela Palanka; Road Umka Ostružnica; Road Mali Požarevac Vlaško Polje; section near Pavlovićeva ćuprija etc., internal roads of large business systems such as Železara Smederevo; Powerplant Ušće A and B; Kolubara mines; Prva iskra Barič, reconstruction of airport runway Surčin; sections Koceljevo Valjevo and Šabac Zminjak; Savska Street in Belgrade; Road Mladenovac Topola, section Belosavci Krćevac; highway section Surčin Obrenovac, section Bečmen Petrovčić. Major works on Corridor X are done, and there is ongoing work on Corridor XI. Today s company has the necessary resources for construction and maintenance of roads.
