Disney Security Disney has recently installed metal detectors at their parks. They also will continue with bag checks. The hotel ground and Disney transportation buses will be monitored at all times! Pop-Century also has their 24 hour security guards.

Once you have a My Disney Experience account, select My Reservations and then Click a ticket or pass Enter the ticket ID Number in the field and select your name as the ticket user. 4. Reserve Access to FastPass+Experiences Please keep any scheduled events in mind Parade Day Not all options may fit with your group schedule. However FastPass+ times can be modified based on availability after confirming initial selections. You are responsible for setting up your own Disney Experience profile.

Sunday, March 12 Arrival at Airport UA Flight 1764 8:45am arrives 12:07pm 6:15 AM Terminal C Group Check In Arrival at Airport UA Flight 1980 12:40pm arrives 4:02pm 10:15 AM Terminal C Group Check In Parents are responsible for getting their student to the airport on time and picking their students up from the airport on time. Obviously, the airline is not going to wait for missing students. Any student who misses his or her flight is responsible for rearranging his or her own travel plans and is responsible for any expenses associated with the change in plans. The Boosters will not be coordinating alternate travel plans for students who happen to arrive at the airport late and miss their flight. Any student who misses the flight must contact the trip coordinator, Sherrie Phipps (travelphipps5@gmail.com), or 281-222-5785 and advise her about the status.
ID S for Airport As per United Airlines, anyone 18 or older must have a state issued Id to fly. If you student is 18, please be sure that they have their ID with them at the airport. Anyone under 18 is not required to carry an ID, however we would like for them to carry their school ID if possible.
Procedure for Pick Up at Airport All students must be signed out at the airport by their chaperone in the Terminal C baggage claim area. No student will be allowed to walk out of the airport without a parent. Flight Information & Pick up times for Friday, March 17. Check your students card for their flight times. UA Flight 788 8:00 AM arrives at 9:39 AM. Pick Up Time for this flight is: 9:30 AM US Flight 1788 11:27 AM arrive at 1:07 PM Pick up time for this flight is: 1:00 PM **Please be sure to check the airlines for any delay s or early arrival for each flight.
Students will only be allowed to pack in a carry-on suitcase. We will NOT be checking in any luggage. This is to save cost and time. If you have a band bag, that is a great way to pack and easy to get in the overheads on the plane. The maximum dimensions for a carry-on bag are 9 inches x 14 inches x 22 inches (22 cm x 35 cm x 56 cm), including handles and wheels. The maximum dimensions for your personal item, such as a shoulder bag, backpack, laptop bag or other small item, are 9 inches x 10 inches x 17 inches (22 cm x 25 cm x 43 cm). You re also allowed to bring the following items on board in addition to your one bag and one personal item. Jacket or Umbrella Reading Material Food or merchandise purchased in the airport

What to Pack Red Band Shirt for Parade Day *Check the weather before packing, to see what the temperatures will be during the week. Clothes they will have a t-shirt for each day (parade day is their red band shirt) including both travel days. Light Jacket it can be chilly at night. Comfortable Shoes We will provide some sunscreen but a good idea to pack some too Toiletries ( must abide by TSA rules) Extra power supply can be purchased at Walmart, Best Buy inexpensively. Cell Phone charger Poncho just in case it rains $1 Walmart camping aisle Spending Money (Breakfast, lunch Sunday Only.) Snack s at airport, dessert s, souvenirs, extra drinks, late night snacks at hotel.

Important Notes: Before you leave this evening, we need EVERYONE to stop by the tables in the PAC lobby to drop off your signed rules and regulations form and pick up your student s flight information, check in time, pick up time, etc. The tables are by ALPHA, Last name. We will also have a table for any questions you may have after the meeting that you don t want to ask in a group setting. If your student is going to take prescription medicine on the trip, please stop by the Nurses table in the PAC lobby to pick up an authorization form and answer any medicine or medical questions you may have.
