EXHIBITION SUMMARY The Tbilisi Healthcare Forum took place over the period of 26 28 October 2017 and was held at the ExpoGeorgia Exhibition Centre. For the second time, the three independent exhibitions of medical technology and equipment, aesthetic medicine as well as dentistry and dental equipment became one of the biggest and most important medical exhibitions internationally. The Tbilisi Healthcare Forum was attended by 1675 visitors and 46 participants from 11 countries. The products and services represented at the exhibition included the whole healthcare industry. In the framework of THF 17, the Association of Georgian Stomatologists and ExpoGeorgia have organized a series of conferences. These were the scientific and practical works of local and international speakers and new dental innovations. The exhibition also hosted a series of conferences by the Association of Medical Associations. Some of the Association s representatives presented their reports to the medical audience. ABOUT EXHIBITION ExpoGeorgia is the only exhibition centre in Georgia and one of the leading centres in the Caucasus region. The company organizes exhibitions, various conferences, conventions and events. The history of the exhibition centre begins in 1958. Large-scale construction work began in 1961 and resulted in 11 pavilions, outdoor area, pool and park located in the centre of Tbilisi. Between 1994-1998 the infrastructure was renewed. ExpoGeorgia has been assigned an important role on the one hand to attract foreign capital to Georgia and on the other hand to open up markets in the international community for Georgian businesses. Over the years, the ExpoGeorgia standard for decision-makers have become an excellent platform to evaluate new products, build up contacts and to expand relationships with suppliers. Many local and international companies believe that they are a reliable partner of ExpoGeorgia and an important alliance for establishing and developing business relations. The Tbilisi Healthcare Forum ExpoGeorgia is a relatively new event that has been created by the merging of the two established exhibitions - Caucasus Health and Tbilisi Beauty. The purpose of the event is to provide the Georgian market with foreign companies and help to get new innovations in local and regional markets. ADDITIONAL EVENTS Over the period of three days, the exhibition was loaded with different types of events. These were held at the stands of participants as well as in specially designed areas. The events have caused great interest in visitors. GALA DINNER On the second day of the exhibition, ExpoGeorgia hosted a Gala Dinner for the participants where guests were able to enjoy beautiful music and the surrounding atmosphere. The winners of the special nominations were also identified during the evening event and were awarded with different prizes.
