Construction Manager Professional contractor in charge of getting the project completed on budget, maintaining our high quality standards and getting it completed on time. Professional Construction Team railroad built by professional construction personnel, model makers and artisans Assistance from industry leading vendors and sponsors Yes We Can!
The Two Questions to Ask #2 - Will They Come? Fisherman s Wharf 13 million visitors Other nearby local attractions draw from 400,000 to 1.5 million visitors annually California State Railroad Museum draws over 600,000 annual visitors in Sacramento an area not rich in tourism traffic (unlike Fisherman s Wharf) Other somewhat similar model railroad attractions in the US and Europe draw very well and none are in a high volume tourist area like San Francisco Based on the above, our Great American Model Railroad will draw well over 100,000 visitors annually and there is no reason that we can t draw half a million visitors annually. Yes They Will!
