Flat Rock River YMCA Camp 6981 W. County Rd 650 N St. Paul, IN 47272 24-hour assistance: 317-864-7876 Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am From Indy: Interstate 74 towards Cincinnati, Take Exit 123 Turn left on N Michigan Ave, passing the Loves Gas station on your left. In about 1. 5 miles take a right onto N County Rd 650 W, there will be a white Flat Rock Sign. At the stop sign turn right onto W County Rd 650 N. Follow that for around 0.7 miles and the entrance to Flat Rock will be on your left. Important Info *Please Contact Kirby at kreis@indymca.org or 765-525-6730 before the weekend if you have dietary needs or allergies that are not listed in your registration. Check in begins at 6:00pm Friday Evening. It will be in the Alumni Lodge. You will need to check in to see what cabin you are in. Please DO NOT arrive earlier than 6PM. Open activities are ones that will be open for you to come and go as you please. Scheduled activities are options that you can choose to attend based on your interest. Select carefully as some scheduled activities might not be available more than once. Most crafts will have a staff member present but those that are simple will have instructions posted. A staff member will float between these activities in case you have questions. Basic Packing list includes: Clothing for the weekend Bedding (sleeping bag or twin sheets, pillow, Comfortable tennis shoes etc.) Shoes and a swim suit or clothes Toiletries (toothbrush, soap, etc.) that can get wet for the River Float, Camera Swimming, or Kayak trip Towel Flash Light Sun Block and Insect Repellant Yoga Mat Rain Gear Coffee, Tea, Fruit, and snacks will be available all weekend in the Dining hall Registration price includes all activities and food. If you wish to purchase items from the Trading Post, they are additional. Massage therapists will be on site Saturday from 9am-4pm. Massages are $1 per minute and can be scheduled at check in.

Weekend Schedule FRIDAY 6:00-7:00pm Check in at Earl Schmitt Lodge. Sign up for Horse rides, Painting Class, Massages and other Activities. (Spaces may be limited) Move in to cabins, and feel free to take a self-guided hike around camp to get acquainted with your weekend getaway space. 7:00pm WELCOME GATHERING and WINE TASTING in the Main Lodge Come meet our community and sample some great local wines! Snacks and hors d'œuvres will be provided. 8:00-9:00pm Nature Hike will meet on the back deck of the Dining Hall. This is moderate/easy hike with small inclines and drop-offs, climaxing with a nearly panoramic view of the beautiful Flat Rock River. You can come and go from these activities at your leisure. Friday 6:00-9:00pm Stick Art Located outside of the Arts and Crafts Hut Wood Burning Located in the Arts and Crafts Hut Alpine Tower Located at the Alpine Tower 11:00pm Quiet Hours Begin **Please let a Staff member know if you would like a fire built in the pit near your cabin! SATURDAY MORNING 7:30-8:15am AM Yoga with Alison Alumni Lodge 8:00-9:00am Breakfast is available **Massage Therapist will be available from 9:00am until 5:00pm. Participants will need to sign up at check in and settle payment directly with the therapist. This will be located in the Uncle Mickey s Cabin. **Please show up for your massage time 5 minutes early. If you are late for your time, the therapist cannot go over, and it will cut into your scheduled time.** 9:15-10:30am Bocce Ball will meet at the Pavilion at 9:15. Come play this timeless lawn bowling game. New players are welcome! Archery Tone up your Hunger Game skills with this timeless camp activity. Meet at the Archery Range. Aquatic Aerobics at the Pool Get your grove on while cooling down and splashing around in our pool! Meet at the pool house. Canvas Painting with Amy Ferre Paint along with our local artist. To create a masterpiece you can take home with you! Located in Earl Schmitt Lodge. (Sign up at Check in) You can come and go from these activities at your leisure. Saturday from 9:15am-12pm Glass Etching Located in the Arts and Crafts Hut Stick Art / Mandala Stones Located outside of the Arts and Crafts Hut Alpine Tower Located at the Alpine Tower Mountain Biking Located behind the Pool (Bikes are available for use - please read posted guidelines) Horseback Trail Rides Located at the Ranch. (Guided Rides leave at 9:15, 10:30 Max: 8 People) *Sign-ups in Lodge DIY Foot Scrubs Located in the Arts and Crafts Hut Canoeing/Kayaking on the pond behind the Dining Hall 10:45am-12:00pm Outdoor Circuit Training with Jessica on the Basketball Court (45 mins) - This class is for advanced enthusiasts with fun stations that will get your heart pumping. Cardio and strength are utilized in this class. FEN Mud Facials Come enjoy one of Flat Rock s most treasured areas. Fen Mud is used in many products such as Aveda. This will surely leave your skin soft and refreshed! Meet in the chapel. Free Swim at the Pool. Galaxy Art with Jill (Example on Right) Meet in Alumni Lodge.

12:00-1:00pm Lunch is available SATURDAY AFTERNOON 1:15-2:30 Shotgun Range Test Your Aim at our guided Shotgun Range. All experiences welcome. Meet at 1:15 at the Flagpole. (Limited Space, sign up at check-in) Wild Edibles hike with one of our naturalist will meet in front of the Dining Hall. This hike will take you on some of our most beautiful trails at camp. The naturalist will teach you about some wild edibles we have here at camp. Please wear good athletic shoes (or hiking boots are even better!), bring a water bottle, and camera if you have one. Meet on the back porch of the lodge. River Tubing- Meet on the deck behind the Nature Center. Put on some old shoes a swim suit, take a hike up the Flat You can come and go from these activities at your Rock River, and float back down to camp. You ll see leisure. gorgeous views and have some good wet Flat Rock fun. (Sign up at Check in) Free Swim at the Pool. 2:45-4:00pm Shotgun Range Test Your Aim at our guided Shotgun Range. Hike into the woods with one of our experienced trail guides to a secret spot to make Banana Boats over an open flame. (Dietary note: bananas, cinnamon, butter, sugar). Bring your friends to help pull! 4:15-5:30pm Basic Bodyweight with Jessica in Alumni Lodge - (30 minutes) This class is for the beginner to intermediate and will focus on exercises you can do with bodyweight and a chair. Everything will be able to be modified and we will do some light flexibility stretches at the end. Free Swim at the Pool. Human Foosball We ve all played foosball, but you ve never played like this before! Bring your game-face, and some friends to take on one another in this fun game! Located near the pavilion. Giant Swing Come up to the Alpine Tower and experience the ride of your life. Meet at the High Ropes course and let s go for a Zip lining adventure. 7:00-9:00pm Ladies Karaoke Night Come 7:00 you better be ready to sing along to your favorite songs, with about 100 other backup singers. Hike up the Flat Rock to find some Kayaks that only have one way back to camp! Navigate the Flat Rock with your guide to experience the Flat Rock River in a way only few have before. (Due to limited boats, you must have signed up at registration) 12:15pm-12:30pm Group Picture in the Amphitheatre, followed by a closing gathering in The Dining Hall. You can come and go from these activities at your leisure.
