PROJECT BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Project data q 15 Wind Turbines q Total capacity up to 48 MW q Financed by KfW and JP Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. Sarajevo in a ratio appr. 80%/20%, respectively q Operated by EP BiH q Construction contractors: Lot 1: Wind turbines - TBD Lot 2: Substation and MV cabling and FO network ABB d.o.o. Zagreb Lot 3: Access roads - consortium: HP INVESTING / AMITEA / IZGRADNJA TOJAGA 3
PROJECT DESCRIPTION (1) q 15 wind turbines with a capacity of 3.0 MW to 3.2 MW each q Line of series of operational plateaus including: design procurement manufacture transport storage installation test runs commissioning q Commissioning planned in the second half of 2019 4
PROJECT DESCRIPTION (2) The works have been divided into 3 components/lots: Lot 1: Engineering, procurement, supply and construction of the 15 (fifteen) Wind Energy Converters of the 3MW platform, with the same rated unit power (in range 3,0 MW 3,2 MW), including their foundations and all relevant civil works, electrical works, and WEC control system, including a 5 to 15 year maintenance contract from the start of commercial operation. Lot 2: Engineering, procurement, supply and construction of a 30/110 kv substation, the 30kV cabling and fiber optical network and earthing network between WECs and Substation, including all relevant civil works, electrical works and Substation control system. Lot 3: Construction of the wind farm internal roads and crane platforms. 5
PROJECT DESCRIPTION (3) Roads q The existing access roads to the Podveležje plateau will be used for the transport of the major equipment, construction materials and the machinery, also for the purposes of installation and maintenance of the wind turbines during operation phase. The reconstruction of the existing local road up to the entrance to the project area is foreseen in order to enable undisturbed transport of the main equipment (WEC). q Wind Turbine T13 will not be built, since the Investor gave up its construction and consequently part of internal access road between WT T12 and WT T15 will not be constructed. 6
PROJECT DESCRIPTION (4) q Bosnia and Herzegovina Mine Action Centre (BH MAC) issued letter in June 2014 with confirmation that the Project site, in accordance with Employer s request, is outside of any defined suspicious areas and that risk of mines is not expected. q Ministry of Communication and Transport, Directorate of Civil Aviation has granted a Permission in July 2014 to construct the Podveležje wind power plant. 7

DESCRIPTION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS (1) Physical Environment Biological Environment Human Environment Located in the center of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton of FBiH, ca. 10 km east from Mostar town Podveležje plateau, is characterized by carbonate composition Paleocene and karst sediments, as well as fragmentary Neocene sediments and quaternary creations Typically karst terrains No streams which carry water during the whole year Biggest water wells - Jelovčev well and Vrbovica Continetal climate Nature park Hutovo blato - 30 km south from the Podveležje plateau Scarce vegetation Snakes (Vipera berus), lizards, rabbits (Leporidae), wildfowls (Gallus gallus), mountain partridges (Alectoris graeca), quails (Phasianidae) 85 species of birds were recorded in WF area Most of recorded species have the threat status of least concern (LC) in Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH). 15 raptors species and 14 bat species recorded Ethnographic complex: Dobrč, Gornje Gnojnice, Podvelež, Banjdol, Kružanj and Kokorina Estimated population - 1050 people who are located in 13 villages. The main occupation of the residents is agriculture, apropos livestock, done in the traditional way. Six villages next to the Wind Farm: Dobrč, Usamljena kuća - Okolište, Gnojnice Gornje, Gornje Opine, Okolište and Šipovac. 13
