Following on from the successful summer workforce summit, held on day two of the Confed17 week of activity in Liverpool in June 2017. The Strategic Workforce Forum will be the inaugural event in its new 2-day refreshed forum format. The forum will support employers to find solutions to current workforce challenges, as well as covering key topics such as system working, the strategic director and the model employer. Delegates will include HR directors (HRDs), workforce, medical, clinical and finance directors from across health and social care, as well as staff side representatives and key NHS England personnel.
