About This Rental Property and Accommodations: Our unit is at the top of the Trailside community with spectacular views and is just below the Cat Nap ski trail. During the ski season there is an outside ski closet and mud room. And, there is NO NEED to park at base lodge, obtain parking, walk or carry ski gear, from the parking lot or up stairs. There is a private shuttle, steps from the front door, that takes you to Okemo's trail head on Sachem trail. You may experience Vermont lodging at this cozy condo with the comforts of home and wonderful amenities. This 1748 sq. ft. home boasts: Main Floor Enter to the main floor living space has a large screen TV, Fireplace, Kitchen and ½ Bath Large deck with patio furniture, BBQ, kitchen / dining room to relax and enjoy the exceptional mountain views.

Bathroom Washer/dryer & Wi-Fi Internet access Additional notes about the unit that we believe make it very desirable: Besides for the amazing views.it is extremely convenient for all. Especially Parents. It is extremely spacious, has 3 levels and everyone can have their own space and parents can relax at the end of the day. You can back up to the unit and unload into the unit no walk, no stairs with luggage. There is a closet by the door for the ski/sports/hiking equipment if you need it. We have toys, games and lots of videos, books (for adults and kids) available for your use. The parking lot in front of the unit has no pass through traffic. We have played outside - played ball etc. At the bottom of the trailside mountain (West Hill) there is a park with a short hiking trail, basketball courts and lots of room to run around. There are many local farms, parks and things to do in the area. The Trailside Community has a heated pool (summer) and tennis courts available. It is located in the midst of Vermont's offerings and within minutes of the base of the mountain; Okemo's Base Lodge, summer camp and Okemo Valley golf club; Miniature Golf, Mountain Coaster, Bungee Trampoline, Disc Golf, Indoor Pool, and the quaint town of Ludlow; groceries; Vermont Country Store nearby; great restaurants; Plymouth Park with playground, lake for swimming, paddle & row boats Buttermilk Falls, Echo Lake and Lake Rescue. Travel to Killington Mountain is approximately 25 minutes. Travel time is approximately 3.5 hours from Somers, NY; 4 hours from White Plains, NY and Greenwich, CT and 1.5 hours to Saratoga Springs, NY; 2 hours Albany. Stacie "The unit is nicely located next to Okemo Ski mountain. There is on demand shuttle service to Sachem trail that arrives within in a minute after calling the driver. The unit was clean and fully stocked with every thing you would need for a great stay. The owners were extremely helpful in assisting us with any questions that we had, before and after our visit. The unit is located with in a short drive to the center of Ludlow, VT which has many fine restaurants, shopping, Nordic center and other interesting things to see and do. I have been taking my family to Okemo for more than 20 years and have rented each time at different locations. This is a place that I will come back to." Randy
