Payment All payments (registration fee and hotel accommodation) must be made in Euros (EUR) before the start of the event. TEKNIQ will send you an invoice with all necessary details. Please state the invoice number when making the payment. Confirmation of participation After the registration process you will receive two messages: 1. An automatic reply after successful submission of the registration form. 2. A final participation confirmation letter/e-mail stating that your registration has been confirmed. Cancellation and refund policy Any cancellation to registration or accommodation must be made in writing to Vivi Jalsøe, vj@tekniq.dk If a cancellation for the participation and/or hotel reservation is received by 11 th July 2013 we will charge a cancellation fee of 100 Euro. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 12 th July 2013. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation and neither the registration fee nor the hotel payment will be refunded. There is, however, no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization. How to get to First Hotel Skt.
