Thank you for your kind words, thoughts and prayers. I had loose cartilage and a bone spur removed from my left shoulder. My arm still hurts. At about noon, a Bernal Heights woman saw her stolen car parked in front of a house on the 500 block of Peralta Avenue. She saw residents of the house milling around her car. Her car had different license plates on it. Officer Hurwitz and posse investigated. They arrested a 26 year old male resident of the house, a 32 year old Mission District woman, and a 27 year old Richmond District man for taking the car. Narcotics were seized inside the house as well. Another stolen car was recovered nearby on the 300 block of Esmeralda Avenue. It, too, had different plates on it. (SFPD # 071238517) Officer Uang and Officer Ravano were summoned at 7 pm to a bar on the 3300 block of Mission Street on the call of an assault. There they met with a patron who had suffered a cut to his hand when a 21 year old Tenderloin District man had struck him with a bottle. The perpetrator was escorted from the bar, but he returned with a knife and attempted to stab a security guard. Officers Mullins and Officer Sanchez were told of the suspect's whereabouts and arrested the man inside another bar on the same block. The man was booked at Ingleside Station. 3 cars towed for drivers' license violations A Miraloma Park man reported that someone had placed another's license plate on his van. The new plate had been reported stolen November 26th. Denis F. The perpetrators attempted to rob the two men. The two suspects left the bus near 30th and Mission Streets and the police were called. Sergeant Escobar and posse responded. A description was broadcast and the juvenile was arrested by Officers Castillo, Preston and Fung at 26th and Mission Streets. The male suspect was arrested nearby by Officers Howard and Cole. The pair were brought to Ingleside Station for booking. Officer Murphy and Officer Johnson were then sent to Avalon Avenue and Mission Street on the call of a strong arm robbery that had occurred at about 6:30 pm. They investigated and realized that the pair in custody matched the description given to them in their case. The victim lost a cell phone in the robbery. Officer Murphy called the victim's cell phone and it was found in the property of the juvenile at Ingleside Station. Additional charges were placed on the pair. At 9:23 am Officer Pusawong arrested a 35 year old Visitacion Valley man for criminal threats and vandalism in a Domestic violence case on the 200 block of Blythdale Ave. At about noon Officers Gibbs and Hurwitz received information about narcotics sales in the area of Jerrold Street and Bayshore Boulevard. They investigated and arrested a 61 year old Excelsior District man and a 34 year old San Francisco man for conspiracy, narcotics charges (heroin), and driving license violations. The older man's parole was violated, too. 2

Two people argued during a meal in a Mission Street restaurant at about 3 pm. One assaulted the other and the police were called. The perpetrator was found at Mission Street and Persia Avenue. The victim signed a complaint and a 40 year old Excelsior District woman was arrested. She was wanted on a local warrant for similar charges. At 4:39 pm Officer Chan investigated a collision on San Jose Avenue near Randall Street; a truck had struck a MUNI LRV. The truck's operator was an unlicensed driver. The 49 year old Daly City man was booked at Ingleside Station and his truck was impounded. At 5:19 pm Officer Preston and Officer Uang stopped a motorist at Dublin and LaGrande Avenues for a registration violation. The driver, a 19 year old Hunters Point District man, was arrested for a drivers' license violation. He was in possession of narcotics (ecstasy), too. The man was booked at Ingleside Station. At 9 pm a 35 year old Bayview District man was arrested in the 600 block of Sunnydale Avenue for Domestic Violence charges. At 11:37 pm Officer O'Neal and Officer Hoffmann stopped a stolen car at Goethe Street and San Jose Avenue. They arrested its driver, a 47 year old Vallejo man, for stolen auto. 9:55 am Unit block of Prospect Avenue Shots Fired (bullet found in skylight at 2:50 am) 7:50 pm 1000 block of Huron Avenue Residential Burglary (occurred between 7:30 am and 7 pm) 8:30 pm 4700 block of Mission Street Fraud Case (forged checks passed 12/3/7) December 06, 2007 8:10 am A Noe Valley man called 911 in order to surrender on an Alameda P.D burglary warrant. Officer Chavez arrested the man on the 1600 block of Valencia Street. Noon A woman summoned the police to her house on the 300 block of Arbor Street. Sergeant Miller abated an argument between roommates and arrested one of them for a misdemeanor traffic warrant. 2:53 pm A SOMA District man went to a house on St. Mary's Street. He offered to paint the house's numbers on the curb. The resident became irate and chased the man to St. Mary's and Mission Streets. There the resident, a 25 year old man, struck the victim with a fluorescent tube. Officer Chow and Officer Gamboa were flagged down by the victim at Murray and Mission Streets. Officer Altamirano found the residence and the victim identified the perpetrator. The resident was arrested for aggravated assault. 4:45 pm Officer Young stopped a man for urinating on a wall on Carver Street. The 33 year old Mission District man was wanted on a local felony warrant. he was booked at Ingleside Station. 3

9:26 pm Officer Hermosura and Officer Hopkins arrested a 28 year old Crocker Amazon man on the 200 block of Baltimore Way for Domestic Violence charges. The 31 year old Bernal Heights woman was wanted on a local misdemeanor warrant. She was booked at Ingleside Station. Officer Feliciano called the woman's probation officer at her behest to state that she could not keep her scheduled appointment that afternoon. 2:20 pm Sergeant Miller saw a motorcyclist fail to stop at a stop sign at Madrid Street and Brazil Avenue. He followed the vehicle and its operator pulled to the curb. The motorcyclist abandoned his bike and ran from the good Sergeant. Sergeant Miller followed the man on foot and found him standing on the roof of a building on the 200 block of Paris Street. A posse from Ingleside Station arrived and the man surrendered to Sergeant Miller. He was a 40 year old parolee at large from San Francisco. The motorcycle was found to have a stolen plate on it and its identification number had been removed. The man was booked at Ingleside Station. 4

2:40 pm Officer Gibbs was working a plainclothes assignment in Visitacion Valley when he found himself behind motorist who was acting suspiciously. Officer Gibbs learned that the car was reported stolen and he called for a marked radio car to stop the stolen car. The motorist eluded Officer Gibbs. Officer Najarro then found the stolen car abandoned on the 200 block of Avalon Street. Officer Soulette soon found the motorist at Lisbon Street and Brazil Avenue. Officer Gibbs identified the motorist, a 22 year old Visitacion Valley District man. the man was arrested and charged with three felonies, his parole was revoked as well. 10 pm Officer Hermosura and posses were summoned to a home on Wabash Terrace. Its resident complained that his nephew had been acting strangely. the officers determined that the 32 year old nephew had been smoking crack cocaine.
