Bradley Rd. Officer discovers a traffic signal down at the intersection of W Bradley Road at N Sherman Blvd. The signal was struck by an unknown vehicle, possibly a 2008 Honda Odyssey. The Milwaukee County Highway Department was notified for traffic signal replacement. Property Damage 5800 W. Fairy Chasm Rd. Home owner reports someone spray painted the siding on the west side of her residence. She believes it occurred over night on 4-9-15 and suspects a past foster child of causing the damage.

Theft Complaint 5125 W. Brown Deer Rd. BP employee reports that a customer stole her cell phone from behind the counter about 20 minutes ago. A 36 year old man from Glendale was identified as the suspect was and later arrested at his residence. 04/13 Burglar Alarm 6500 W. Brown Deer Rd. Officers responded to a burglar alarm from the patio door and found the side door was unlocked, but there were no signs of forced entry. Contact was made with the resident, who did not want the house checked and requested officers to secure the side door. Alarm card issued. Welfare Check 8700 N. Deerwood Dr. Caller is reporting of a male subject sleeping in a vehicle in the parking lot. Officers identified a 29 year old man from Muskego who stated he was homeless but had permission from the pastor to sleep in his vehicle until 9:00 AM and that he remained in the lot because his vehicle would not start. The man stated help was arriving around 3:30 PM and he would leave after his vehicle was started. Motor Vehicle Theft 6598 W. Brown Deer Rd. A 76 year old man from Milwaukee called to report his vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of the Family Table between approximately 3:30 PM and 4:40 PM. It was determined the victim s blue 2001, Chrysler Town & Country was taken from the lot without keys. The vehicle was entered into NCIC/CIB as stolen. Request for Police Dispatch advised there was a subject on the line with questions regarding placement of her child. Sergeant spoke with the subject, who stated that she was going to the hospital to check herself in because she believed she was dying. Caller wanted to leave her child with the police so it would be placed somewhere good. While speaking with the caller she said she was going to her mother's house in Milwaukee. MPD was provided this information to perform a welfare check on the caller. 04/14 Welfare Check 7900 N. 47 th St. Caller requested an officer check on the welfare of a subject lying down in the grass near the gas station. Contact was made with a 37 year old Milwaukee man who stated his vehicle was towed by River Hills PD and he was waiting for ride. He was given a ride to the bus stop.

Fight High School Report of a fight at the high school. Two juveniles were arrested, booked, cited for disorderly conduct and released to their relatives. Fire Call 4502 W. Fountain Ave Report of a basement fire. All squads and the NSFD responded. Traffic control provided until fire extinguished. Extra patrol is requested overnight until the home can be boarded up. Disorderly Conduct 9200 N. Green Bay Rd Store security reports a suspicious white male walking in front of traffic in the parking lot. A 24 year old man from Jackson was arrested for obstructing an officer and open warrants. Weapons Complaint 8300 N. 49 th St. An employee of Associated Appraisal is reporting that a resident in the 8300 block of 49 th St. was armed and yelling at him to get off of another resident's property. Officers made contact with the 37 year old Brown Deer resident and advised him that the individual was an assessor hired by the Village and notice had been sent out. The resident was also cautioned about his actions. Animal Complaint 8500 N. 42 nd St. Resident called because he was concerned for a Macaw Parrot that was in his neighbor's tree. Contact was made with the neighbor who said the bird belonged to her took it back inside. Utilities 4800 W. Spring Ln. A resident called to report dark and cloudy water coming from their pipes. The water department was contacted and they advised that it is normal for residents located close to fire scenes to have problems with their water after the fire is extinguished. DPW recommended the residents let the cold water run to help clear the air out of the pipes. 04/15 Request for Police 4800 W. Terry Ave Resident is reporting a verbal argument because a subject is trying to leave his house and he is intoxicated. Contact was made with a 24 year old man from West Allis who was advised he was too intoxicated to drive and he agreed to stay at the residence for the night.

Suspicious Activity 9000 N. 55 th St. Night team supervisor reported receiving a phone call from an unknown caller who stated there was a suspicious package in the back parking lot. The caller refused to identify himself and did not provide any additional information and did not make any threats. Officers responded and checked the area including the interior front office area. No packages were found in any of the parking lots or around the exterior of the building. Follow up will be conducted with management in an attempt to identify the phone number the caller called from. Walmart reports a retail theft. A 21 year old female from Milwaukee was cited, and released from the store. Disorderly Conduct 6538 W. Brown Deer Rd Old Country Buffet employees are reporting a disorderly customer who is yelling and refusing to pay. A 23 year old man from Milwaukee told officers he was not satisfied with his meal or service. He agreed to leave without further incident and was provided with an 800 number for Old Country Buffet Customer Service. He was also advised that he is no longer allowed at their location. Walmart reports a retail theft. A 39 year old female from Milwaukee was cited for retail theft and released from the store. Disturbance 4400 W. Brown Deer Rd. North Shore Audi reports of a disorderly subject in the showroom talking loudly and refusing to leave. Officers identified a 29 year old man from Milwaukee who refused to cooperate and left the area on his own. No crime could be substantiated and Audi did not wish to be a complainant in the matter. Traffic Crash 4100 W. Brown Deer Rd Caller reports a truck vs. motorcycle crash. The motorcycle operator, a 49 year old female from Brown Deer sustained what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital. The driver of the other vehicle, a 48 year old female from Milwaukee was not injured and the vehicle had very minor damage.

Disorderly Conduct 5960 W. Brown Deer Rd. Employees are reporting a disorderly subject yelling and screaming at the Blood Center and now at Walgreens. A 29 year old man from Milwaukee (same as earlier incident at North Shore Audi) was arrested for disorderly conduct, booked, cited and released. Disorderly Conduct 9001 N. Green Bay Rd. FOX 6 reports a disorderly subject at their front doors demanding to speak to employees. Police responded and identified a 50 year old man from Waukesha who was upset that Fox 6 was planning on airing a story about him. Fox 6 employee spoke with the man and assured him they did not intent to air the story tonight and they would contact him prior to airing any story pertaining to him. The Waukesha man was told that he is not welcome on Fox 6 property without an invite and any future occurrences would be considered trespassing. Walmart employee reports a retail theft where the suspects are using an object to cut cameras from the displays. A 52 year old man from Milwaukee was arrested, booked, cited for retail theft, and released. An accomplice, a 49 year old from Milwaukee was arrested, cited for retail theft, and transported to an area hospital with a hold for a valid Fox Point warrant. Disorderly Conduct 9080 N. Green Bay Rd. Applebee's reports several subjects causing a disturbance inside the restaurant. All the subjects involved left in vehicles prior to officer's arrival. 04/16 Suspicious Activity 9080 N. Green Bay Rd. The manager of Applebee's reports receiving harassing phone calls from whom he believed to be the customer who caused a disturbance earlier in the evening. He requested an officer stand by when he leaves for the night. Service rendered. Burglary 4700 W. Parkland Ave Caller reports a suspicious dark green Buick with no plates in the driveway of a neighbor s home. Three subjects were at the residence with two in the vehicle and one with a winter coat with the hood up at the door. The caller saw the vehicle and went back later to check and the vehicle is now gone. The residence was found to have been burglarized. The area was checked and the vehicle reported was located. Follow-up investigation resulted in property recovery and the arrest of an 18 year old Milwaukee man for Obstructing an Officer and a 19 year old Milwaukee man for burglary. Investigation continues.

Walmart employees report a retail theft where the suspect took an MP3 player. Arrested for retail theft and an open warrant was a 22 year old man from Milwaukee. He was transported to the police station where he was booked, cited, and released to MCSO on the warrant. Retail Theft Family Dollar Family Dollar reports a retail theft and the suspect fled westbound on foot. Employee was able to provide a description and officers located a 31 year old man from Milwaukee who was arrested, transported to the station, booked, cited for retail theft, and released Disorderly Conduct Family Dollar Family Dollar reports a disorderly customer who was threatening a female employee. Officers identified those involved and arrested a 19 year old man from Brown Deer for Domestic related Disorderly Conduct. He was booked, posted bail, and ordered in to the DA's office. Disorderly Conduct Kohl s Anonymous caller reports two subjects arguing in front of Kohl s Department Store. A couple from Milwaukee were identified and admitted to having a verbal argument. One of those involved, a 30 year old female, had an outstanding warrant with the Glendale Police Department. She was arrested for the warrant and transported to Glendale PD for booking. 04/17 Trespassing 9000 Brandybrook Tr. Dispatch received a 911 call from the residence. Officers responded and made contact with a 19 year old Brown Deer man who stated he called to retrieve property he left in his exgirlfriend's vehicle. The girlfriend also called 911 reporting the man was at the front door of her residence in violation of a Domestic Abuse 72 hour no contact prohibition. The man was arrested, booked, and turned over to CJF. Walmart employees have detained a subject who took clothing and cosmetics. A 19 year old female from Milwaukee was arrested, cited, and then released from the store.

Traffic Crash 9300 N. Green Bay Rd. Report of a traffic crash with injuries one of the vehicles is overturned. Involved were a 30 year old man from Mequon and a 55 year old female from Brown Deer. No serious injuries were reported. Driving Complaint I43 An off duty officer reports a white BMW is travelling at 120mph north on I-43 and is exiting on Brown Deer Road. An officer on patrol stopped the vehicle; however, no violations occurred in Brown Deer and other jurisdictions declined to respond.
