S/O noticed that the resident was home. S/O secured the gate and resumed patrol. All is clear. 2.4.17 UNSECURED VEHICLE N. LARK 11:51am S/O noticed a black Infiniti SUV parked at the above location with its trunk unsecured. S/O checked the vehicle, finding all to be clear, and secured the door. S/O left a notification for the resident. All is clear. 2.6.17 SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT HERON & ROBERT E. LEE 10:15pm S/O noticed an unfamiliar subject, (Caucasian, 19-25years, US Army jacket, blue jeans, white shoes) roaming the area. S/O maintained surveillance on the subject until he left. All is clear. 2.6.17 UNSECURED PROPERTY 6600 BLOCK OF SPANISH FORT 11:05pm S/O was informed of a suspicious subject in the area. While conducting an area search for the unknown subject, S/O noticed the gate and upstairs office for the Levee District was unsecured. S/O checked the property and secured both the gate and office. All is clear. 2.7.17 SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT GULL & ROBERT E. LEE 3:53am S/O noticed an unfamiliar subject, (Caucasian, 40-45years, black hoodie, blue jeans, black boots) roaming the area. S/O maintained surveillance on the subject until he left. All is clear. 2.8.17 UNSECURED VEHICLE SWALLOW 1:20am S/O noticed a tan Toyota Camry parked at the above location with its rear windows opened. S/O checked the vehicle, finding no signs of forced entries or tampering. S/O maintained surveillance. All is clear. 2.8.17 SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE RAIL/TERN 8:50pm-9:06pm S/O noticed a white Chevy Suburban SUV driving suspiciously in the area. S/O maintained surveillance on the vehicle until it left the area. All is clear.

2.8.17 SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT MARCONI NEAR LAKESHORE 9:03pm-9:15pm S/O was dispatched to the above location for the complaint of three teen males on bikes canvassing the area. S/O searched the area for the subjects, but was unable to locate them. S/O maintained surveillance. 2.10.17 UNSECURED ITEM ORIOLE 11:33am-11:40am S/O noticed a set of keys lying on the roof of a vehicle, located at a home under construction on Oriole. S/O located the owner and gave the keys to him. All is clear. 2.10.17 SEWERAGE AND WATER BOARD THRUSH 7:15pm-7:33pm S/O noticed a main water pipe busted at the above location. Sewerage and Water Board was contacted, but was unreachable at this time. 2.11.17 NOFD ON SITE WREN 11:26am-11:30am S/O noticed NOFD at the above location. S/O was informed that they were checking the smoke detector. All is clear. 2.12.17 SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE 6600 BLOCK OF SPANISH FORT 10:09am-10:21am S/O noticed a light blue Hyundai Sonata parked at the above location since 5:00am. S/O is unsure of who the vehicle belongs to. S/O maintained surveillance during the remainder of his shift. All is clear. 2.14.17 SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE BEAUREGARD / ROBERT E. LEE 5:50am-5:58am S/O noticed a white Dodge Charger driving suspiciously in the area. S/O maintained surveillance as it left. All is clear. 2.14.17 SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT ROBERT E. LEE 9:29am-10:20am S/O noticed an unknown African American male in a reflective yellow vest attempting to take a washer and grill from the sidewalk at the above location. The subject stated that he works with Metro Disposable, Inc. but had no form of ID. S/O asked the subject to leave the area. The subject got a little irate, but left the area without incident. The subject was driving an older tan Chevy Suburban. All is clear. 2.15.17 SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE FINCH 1:35am-1:49am S/O noticed an unfamiliar, white Mitsubishi Spyder GS parked in the cul-de-sac of Finch. S/O maintained surveillance. All is clear. 2.15.17 UNSECURED VEHICLE JAY 4:44am-4:56am S/O noticed the resident s blue Ford truck parked in the driveway with its driver s door unsecured. S/O checked the vehicle, finding all to be clear. S/O secured the door and resumed patrol. 2.17.17 SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE RAIL 10:04am-10:17am S/O noticed a green dump truck parked at the above location with the driver slumped over the wheel. S/O knocked on the window, and was advised by the driver that he was sleeping. All is clear. 2.17.17 SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE DOVE 9:15pm-9:26pm S/O noticed a grey Saturn SUV parked in the cul-de-sac of Dove St. with its passenger door unsecured. Upon further investigation, S/O found the vehicle secured, but the locks were not. S/O maintained surveillance. All is clear. 2.20.17 UNSECURED VEHICLE KILLDEER

7:58am-8:00am S/O noticed a large super duty truck parked in the cul-de-sac of Killdeer with its driver s door unsecured. S/O was greeted by a resident, who stated the vehicle belongs to a contractor of his. S/O secured the door and resumed patrol. All is clear. 2.20.17 UNSECURED VEHICLE SPANISH FORT 10:50am-11:00am S/O noticed a Chevy Cruze parked at the above location with its trunk unsecured. S/O checked the vehicle, finding no signs of forced entries or tampering. S/O secured the vehicle and resumed patrol. All is clear. 2.21.17 UNSECURED ANIMAL GULL 7:53am-7:59am S/O witnessed a black and white spotted dog escape from the above property. S/O notified the resident, who then claimed that the dog does not belong to him. S/O maintained surveillance. 2.22.17 VEHICLE INCIDENT HERON 2:50am-2:55am S/O was flagged down by an older female who was standing in the middle of the street on Heron. The lady informed S/O that she just crashed her vehicle into the curb and requested NOPD. There were no injuries reported. NOPD and Levee Police arrived on scene. S/O resumed patrol. All is clear. 2.22.17 UNSECURED VEHICLE DOVE 7:26am-7:53am S/O noticed the resident s newer model dark grey Kia Soul parked with its driver s door unsecured. S/O notified the resident, who confirmed all was clear. The resident then began to let know that on Sunday (2/19/17) her vehicle was broken into. A black lock case was stolen, but the resident declined to file a police report. S/O will be sure to make extra passes near this location. All is clear. 2.22.17 INTERIOR LIGHT WREN 9:40pm-9:45pm S/O noticed the light left on the vehicle at the above address. S/O notified the owner who came and secured the vehicle. 2.23.17 VEHICLE BURGLARY GULL STREET 9:11am-9:38am S/O noticed NOPD at the above location. The member stated that his vehicle was left unsecured and had been broken into. At this time nothing seemed to be stolen. NOPD were able to retrieve fingerprints from the vehicle. ITEM # B-26075-17 2.26.17 COMPLAINT LARK STREET 6:01pm-6:08pm S/O was dispatched to the above address to investigate a group of suspicious people. Upon arrival there were no groups of people to be found. 2.26.17 ALARM S. Wren 8:48pm-8:53pm S/O was dispatched to the above address to investigate an alarm call. Upon arriving there were 4 Levee Units on the scene. Together they checked the perimeter but were unable to gain entry into the gate. All was secure at this time. 2.26.17 WELFARE CHECK - SPANISH FORT 10:35pm-10:50pm S/O noticed a suspicious vehicle (grey 4door tinted windows ) at the above address. S/O drove up next to the vehicle where he was advised it was a police investigation. 2.26.17 POLICE NEAR CAL DE SAC OF HERON STREET 11PM-1109PM Police escort in place for a party buss. All clear

2.26.17 SUSPICIOUS PERSON SNIPE AND ROBERT E LEE 11:25pm-11:58pm White male wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, between 40 to 50 years old. S/O noticed the male subject staggering and stumbling down the road. He appeared to be intoxicated. The male entered into Egert. 2.27.17 MEDICAL RAIL STREET 3:06am-3:46am S/O was dispatched to the above address upon arrival there was a EMS and fire department vehicles on the scene. The member was transported to the local hospital by EMS. All was secure
