Plaza Business Park Hotel, Office, and Restaurant Sites The Plaza Business Park is designed A 115-room hotel, a 3,500-7,500 SF fast food restaurant sites with drive to accommodate the following: restaurant, a 3,000 SF retail pad, and two throughs. Plaza Business Park is a 30-acre master planned office and business park that is designed to be your first class destination in the Central Valley, rivaling other projects between Sac- ramento and Los Angeles. It has many employer and employee ameni- ties, a mix of larger scale offices, hospitality services, and retail stores.
