A purchase of a cottage or unit at Rock House requires a non-binding Reservation Agreement and 10% deposit (placed in trust with the Seller s attorney) which will secure a specific unit at a specific price until the developer has provided the buyer with a Purchase Agreement and associated legal documents. Once these agreements have been issued the buyer will have a reasonable period to review and make a final decision on the purchase. Should the buyer elect not to proceed, the Reservation Agreement will be cancelled and the 10% deposit refunded to the buyer.
