MEMBERSHIP DETAILS MEMBERSHIP Full Membership Deposit $125,000 Premier Membership Deposit $145,000 Annual Dues $8,000 RESIGNATION POLICY Membership deposits are fully refundable after 30 years. If a member wants to resign prior to 30 years they will receive 80% of their deposit back. Members are also given the option to attach their membership to the sale of their home. FOOD & BEVERAGE Members can enjoy a complimentary breakfast served throughout ski season, as well as cash-free service at Old Yellowstone Garage, Southcable Cafe, and the private Member s Lounge. Caldera House has no minimum F&B requirements. FAMILY PRIVILEGES Each membership offers access to the primary member, their spouse or live-in partner, and children under the age of 25. GUEST PRIVILEGES Membership includes an annual allowance of day guests and house guests. SNAKE RIVER SPORTING CLUB PARTNERSHIP Snake River Sporting Club offers championship golf, private fishing access, equestrian activities, skeet, archery, boating, trail systems, and other outdoor activities. Caldera House members have special access to the Sporting Club through reduced initiation fees and dues.
