PROPOSED TRAFFIC ORDERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE QUALITY STREET SCHEME FOR SILVER STREET DONCASTER STATEMENT OF REASON The proposed traffic regulation order is necessary to facilitate the redevelopment of Silver Street. The proposed removal of the majority of vehicular traffic on the roads will create a pedestrian friendly environment thereby contributing to road safety in the area while maintaining access for public transport.

The effect of the Order will be to:- I. introduce the length of one way street specified the Schedule to this Notice; and II. introduce a prohibited left turn manoeuvre from High Street into Silver Street A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the restricted roads and statement of the Council s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at (i) the Council offices, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster between 8.5 a.m. and.5 p.m. Monday to Friday and (ii) The Central Library Waterdale Doncaster during normal opening hours.
