The Breezi range can be used to help children with mild to moderate needs, including those with postural and behavioural difficulties. Pelvic Positioning Pelvic Positioning Accessories Position a Hip Belt at 80º+ The ischial tuberosities (ITs) are the pointy boney prominences in the buttocks that feel the most amount of pressure on a hard surface. The proper positioning location of a belt to control for posterior pelvic tilt is to have the belt fixed anterior to the greater trochanter. Not only does this allow for greater reach, but in doing so allows for offloading of the ischial tuberosities while preventing submarining.
