The victim was reportedly missing since 19 August 2013 at the peak of habagat and was seen carried away by flood On 18 August 2013, a drowning incident occurred at a river located at Brgy. Anabu due to strong current brought by intense rainfall. The victim was identified as Conrado della Rosa y Poblete, 33 y/o On or about 5:00 PM, 21 August 2013, an unidentified male cadaver was recovered along the river of Brgy. Wakas The victim, Arzay Josue y Camama, 22 y/o, went missing since 10:00 AM, 19 August 2013. The body was found at a fishpond in the said place on 21 August 2013 On or about 11:30 AM, 23 August 2013, the body of Leonel Montilla y Cruz, 21 y/o/, was found floating on a river. The body of Constantine Modesto Hernandez, 2 y/o, was found at the said place on or about 10:00 AM, 19 August 2013, after he was swept away by strong current of water. On or about 7:00 AM, 19 August 2013, Roberto Capili y de Guzman was swept away by by the strong water current while gathering woods along the river On or about 11:00 AM, 20 August 2013, a drowning incident occurred at the boundary of Brgy Prinza, Teresa and Brgy San Guillermo, Morong River. The victim was identified as Nelson Penales Fausto Jr., resident of Brgy Prinza, Teresa, Rizal At around 7:03 PM, 20 August 2013, a rock fall incident transpired in the said area which forced 32 families to evacuate. No reported damages and casualties REGION IV-A 5 Cavite 4 Brgy. Tres Cruses and Family Ville of Brgy. Amaya 1 and Amaya 5, Tanza, Cavite 1 On or about 4:00 AM, 19 August 2013, a dam collapsed in the said barangays. Casualties: Dead (1)- Celedonio Gamban, 39 y/o and Missing (1) Joros Miyage, 7y/o Brgy. Luciano Phase III, Trece Martirez 1 Perimeter fence of Bukal ng Kapayapaan Mission House in the said barangay. Birahan, Sta. Cruz Brgy. Ambasing, Sagada, Mt. Province 1 Thirty- one (31) people were trapped in Sumaguing Cave, Brgy.
