2006 2008 -Research project Register of the Intangible Cultural Heritage as Integral Part of a Uniform Cultural Heritage Register (Institute of Slovene Ethnology SASA) -The project resulted in a proposal to set up a Register of the intangible cultural heritage of Slovenia.

2008 -Ratification of the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (2003) -Implementation of the Convention in the new Cultural Heritage Protection Act (immovable, movable and intangible cultural heritage) Coordinator for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage 2009 2010 Institute of Slovene Ethnology Since 2011- Slovene Ethnographic Museum
