DIRKS PLASTIC COMPONENTS Dirks is manufacturer of high quality vacuum formed plastic components. Having both, the vacuum forming capabilities and the CNC milling under one roof also enables us to produce small quantities of individually designed components at very competitive prices. We make parts for the vehicle, machine, office, kitchen and furniture industries from all types of thermoplastic based materials up to a size of 2.000 x 1.000 mm. A wide range of colours and finishes are available from environmentally friendly and recyclable material. If required, we can advise on design solutions and also make models and prototypes.

The quality of the BRIDGE system is evident in every detail. The plastic materials used are of high quality, environmentally compatible and easy to clean, which can be supplemented by knife and spice jar holders made from solid beech wood. All carcass measurements can be achieved by means of an extensive range of tools. The subsequent trimming of the edges in the width and depth makes it possible to supply exactly the right size of tray to snugly fit all drawer systems. Once again, the application of recyclable and environmentallycompatible materials is a matter of course. Accessories such as a knife holder and spice jar holders made from solid beech wood are useful additions to this programme. A combination of cutlery and spice pot inserts has been implemented in the KO-GSE series. KOMBI

Optional dividers for the lateral vertical compartments are available in sizes CL -1200, thus making it possible to organise the space to suit individual needs and tastes. The vertical compartments can be partitioned to meet individual needs by means of dividers or moveable plastic inlay trays. FLATLINE Image: Anthracite mat We manufacture cutlery inserts with a height of 35 mm for height-reduced drawers, for example underneath a cooktop. The space-saving partitioning of the compartments with narrow dividers and small radii offers optimal storage capacity. Of course, these inserts can also be used for drawer systems of various manufacturers by trimming the edges. FLATLINE

CONCORD Image: Alu metallic with beech wood A beech plywood base with a thickness of 10 mm and a grid of holes spaced 32 mm apart is supported by a deep-drawn insert tray made from high-impact polystyrene with variable edges. Dividers made from solid beech wood create partitions for cutlery to suit individual needs. A knife holder is also available from widths starting at 450 mm. With this flatware storage system, a deep-drawn insert tray also acts as the support for a plywood base with a thickness of 15 mm. The variable edges of the tray can be trimmed swiftly and flexibly to fit pull-out storage systems made by a variety of manufacturers. CONCORD

SPACE CORNER 20 The pull-out storage systems in corner units are kept neat and tidy with deepdrawn cutlery inserts suitable for carcass widths of 90 and 105 cm. Deep-drawn containers, each with a volume of approx. 10 litres, can be used for a multitude of purposes. Anti-slip mats or plywood bases with a grid of holes spaced 32 mm apart into which solid beech wood pegs can be inserted can be useful for storing saucepans and tableware. The standard version is made from high-impact polystyrene with a textured surface finish. CONTAINER 22 Containers in deep drawers provide space for the organised storage of food and kitchen utensils. Two sizes are available with capacities of approx. 3.5 l or 7 l. The containers can be combined and arranged in the drawers as desired. WATERSTOP / MATS 23 The robust, easy-to-clean and removable drawer/shelf liner for sink units with inlay hollows is specially designed to catch leaking liquids. Prevent damage caused by liquids penetrating into the chipboard due to leaky drain pipes, dripping taps or spilled cleaning agents. As an optional feature, a flexible sealing profile, which can be fitted on three sides, provides additional protection.
