Hazeldene Manor Hazeldene Manor is a most charming and wonderful family home. Originally thought to date from the 16th Century, with later additions between the 18th and 20th Centuries. Listed Grade II, the house has retained its original charm and character, with exposed timber framing evident throughout. The galleried reception hall provides access to the principal reception rooms, being the drawing room, sitting room and dining room, all of which have open fireplaces. The kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of fitted cupboards and central island, together with a 4-oven Aga. Garden and Grounds The mature gardens lie principally to the south, with a wonderful terrace and the house is adorned by climbing roses and wisteria. From the terrace, steps lead down to various lawns, with herbaceous beds. To the western side of the house there is a knot garden, orchard area and vegetable garden.
