The vehicle, a white, GMC 3500 dually pickup with a black flatbed and no vehicle license tag were partially obstructing the roadway. The vehicle swerved from the fast lane to the right shoulder and came to a stop partially in the grass. Two parties were contacted and after speaking with them they agreed to get along until they reach their destination.
