Advances in Nuclear Many-Body Theory June 7-10, 2011, Primošten, Croatia on the Occasion of the 70th Birthday of Peter Ring The International Symposium: Advances in Nuclear Many-Body Theory will be held in Primošten, Croatia, June 7-10, 2011. The meeting is hosted by the Physics Department of the University of Zagreb, and will take place in the conference center of the Hotel Zora in Primošten: http://www.hotelzoraadriatiq.com/en/. The web-page of the Symposium is: http://www.phy.hr/ nuc2011/ Scientific Program The program consists of invited talks and a number of oral presentations, distributed in morning (8:30 13:00) and afternoon (17:00 19:00) sessions. The preliminary program is posted on the symposium web page. Travel Information Primošten is located 35 km from the Split International Airport. To arrange the transfer to the hotel please contact Ms. Branimira Vuksic at branimira.vuksic@adriatiq.com and send you flight number and arrival time. The hotel shuttle takes up to eight passengers and the cost (350,00 HRK in one direction) is shared. Registration and Fee Participants are requested to register via the website: http://www.phy.hr/ nuc2011/ The registration fee is 100 Euro and can only be paid in cash at the symposium desk upon arrival. The fee includes refreshments at the coffee breaks and the symposium dinner, but not the excursion (see below). The companion fee is 50 Euro, and includes the symposium dinner. Social Program Social events include the Symposium dinner on Thursday June 9, and the excursion on Wednesday afternoon June 8.
