FINAL EXHIBITOR REPORT 2017 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting The 2017 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting held March 21-25 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona was the best attended ACMG Annual Meeting to date. This report provides exhibitors a summary of the meeting in regards to attendance and exhibitor and attendee feedback and highlights important statistics that will help to provide exhibitors with information that will assist in the final measurement of their exhibiting objectives and return on investment from participating in this exhibition. Registration Professional Attendees: 2494 (16% increase over 2016) Press: 16 Guests: 32 Exhibit Personnel: 729 Total Attendance: 3268 (12% increase over 2016) Note: 812 First time attendees Attendees were from the United States, Puerto Rico and 31 other countries. International Attendance: 199 (8% of total attendance) Exhibits 160 Exhibiting Companies 243 Exhibit Booths ) 24300 Net Square Feet (11% increase over 2016)

Exhibitor and Attendee Evaluation Summaries The following summarizes feedback received from both Exhibitor and Attendee evaluations Overall, exhibitors rated all aspects of the exhibition very positively with 50% of the exhibitors saying their exhibit experience was the same or better than in the past. Attendees also rated all aspects of the Annual Meeting very positively. 65% of the attendees reported their experience was the same or better than in the past. The majority of exhibitors reported that their exhibiting objectives were met, with 0% reporting that their exhibit objectives were not met.
Overall, exhibitors felt that their exhibiting experience will result in positive outcomes related to a variety of objectives. Audience quality is defined in terms of attendees who currently utilize the exhibitor s products/services, are planning on purchasing, influencing or recommending the purchase of the products/services, or their interest in the company's products/services resulted in a visit to the booth. 63% of exhibitors rated the quality of the ACMG audience very highly - very good and excellent, 26% as average, and only 8% of exhibitors rating the attendee quality as fair or poor.
Attendee Feedback and Information Attendees primary reasons for attending the meeting are varied with the majority citing to attend educational sessions and earn CE credit. Nearly 27% indicate a primary reason is to view the products and services on display in the Exhibit hall. From the attendee s perspective the majority of attendees 81% find the exhibits to be very good or excellent.
The majority of attendees visited the exhibits every day. This translates to 2000-2200 attendees in the exhibit hall each day. Exhibitors and the Attendees are in agreement that that the overall number of exhibit hours and days is just right 93% of ACMG attendees report that they make actual purchasing decisions, give final approval for purchase, recommend purchase and/or share information with colleagues indicating a high purchasing influence among meeting attendees.
