Our reputation is built on our clients success. Our buildings are innovative, responsive to the market and profitable. Our primary client is Ford & Rockcliff, a local property developer for whom we have designed a vast number of residential unit developments. These include Monaco, Medici, Tay Avenue Development, Vantage on Duporth, Ravello, Waterford, Renaissance, 6 The Esplanade, Cabarita, The Colonies, Jomar, Solitaire and Kings Bay Apartments. Our relationship with Ford & Rockliff has extended for over 13 years and remains active today. This relationship has been cemented by our understanding of our client s needs and expectations for innovation and profitability. Similarly, we have completed three design & construct projects with Evans Harch over the last 9 years and we are conscious of their expectation that high quality design solutions must be able to be built efficiently, on time and within budget. We have the capacity and expertise in medium and high density residential buildings to be able to provide a high quality service for a competitive fee. At, we prefer to work with clients and builders over the long term so design, documentation and construction efficiencies can be maximised. Also we have established a long-term working relationship with council which allows us to advocate design solutions that exceed the Planning Scheme probable solutions.
