Eco Camp at Beech Estate Check-in and Check-out Check-in for guests in our bell tents is 3pm and check-out is 11.30am. We ask all guests to please visit the wardens at reception upon arrival. Eco Camp Campsite Philosophy Eco Camp UK is based on a philosophy of living lightly on the land in harmony with nature. We ask our campers to respect the woodland, observe the countryside code and show consideration and respect for our neighbours and fellow campers. The Beech Estate contains woodland areas, with forestry rides and some agricultural land. You are free to explore this area between 9am and 9pm, but we ask you to keep to paths, not to damage the wood and respect our neighbours. The Wardens Lawrence and Theresa are the Beech Estate Woodland Campsite Wardens. They live on-site, in the black Warden Wagon. The Wardens are there to answer questions, assist you with problems and help you make your stay enjoyable. They also sell firewood, charcoal, hire grills and a few other bits. The Wardens' 'office hours' are 9.30am to 11.30am and then 2pm to 8pm. However, they are available at all times to help you in an emergency or if you have a noise complaint. Please assist us by adhering to the Warden s instructions. They are charged specifically with the care of the woods and moderating any behaviour that breaches our terms and conditions. Beech Estate is the Wardens' home, please respect their privacy. The Warden s number is 07716 887 448. Low Noise Policy We operate a quiet, relaxed and laid-back campsite. All electronic music and percussion instruments of any kind are prohibited. Singing and quiet acoustic instruments (guitars etc.) are fine, but only until 10pm. Loud noise doesn t fit into the vibe of communal camping and we reserve the right to remove any campers who act inappropriately or do not follow our noise guidelines. We ask that campers please respect fellow campers and our local neighbours. We ask that all noise be restricted by 10 pm so as not to interrupt the sleep of younger campers and our neighbours. The wooded area away from the campsite is off-limits and closed from 9pm-9am to minimise any noise pollution to our neighbours. Car Parking Please understand that no cars are allowed on the campsite. There is a car park and we provide wheelbarrows for you to bring your gear to your pitch. Upon arrival please text the Wardens on 07716 887 448 to be shown to your pitch. The Wardens will help you with your things if necessary.
Cleaning Policy We ask that you leave your Bell Tent and pitch in a clean and tidy state upon your departure. It is a condition of your stay in a Bell Tent that you clean all cooking equipment and dishes used during your stay. Thank you for your co-operation! Rubbish Policy We encourage everyone to take their rubbish home with them because rubbish collection in the woods is not always easy. However, as a Bell Tent guest, you may leave your rubbish without an additional fee.
