Travel Agent Incentive terms and conditions: Cruise Line Cruise Incentive applies to all new individual qualifying bookings only made by appointed travel agents between 15 November 2018 and 31 January 2019 inclusive. Bookings of stateroom categories IX, OX, BX or MX (Just Cruise rates) and group bookings do qualify. Cancellation of existing bookings and re-booking is not permitted. Unless otherwise expressly stated, bookings used for this incentive will not qualify for other incentive offers including, groups, national account amenities, net fares and Interline rates. Qualifying bookings can be made on different dates and/or by different individual agents from within the same agency. The individual agent within an agency who makes the most number of qualifying bookings for a claimed incentive reward will generally be the recipient of that reward. In the event of an equal number of bookings being made by more than one individual agent for the same incentive reward, the agency management will be responsible for selecting the recipient of the reward. The agency management is responsible for the proper operation of the incentive within the agency in accordance with these terms and conditions and for the allocation of incentive rewards. Qualifying bookings submitted for any incentive reward will not count towards another incentive reward. More than one reward may be claimed by an agency providing the number of qualifying bookings exceeds the applicable threshold for each reward.
