As the Board waited for the delivery of the ballots for the election, the Operations Update began. Operations Update Field Layout Jerry Dellaporta reviewed the plan for the new field layout. Concessions Chris Neeley notified the Board that there had been a break-in at concessions. No one has been caught yet but the police do have some video footage. There have been break-ins at other CAA fields as well. New keys were made. There was no cash or cash register taken during the break in since these items are not stored in the concession area. It needs to be determined who will have keys and someone needs track key holders. A key holder is also needed on Sundays in case of emergencies. The Land O' Frost Sponsorship of $15,000 counted for this fiscal year. There are two priorities at this point in time: 1. Solidify Capital Expense Plans 2. Premier Update Premier Coach Guideline / Policy. Kevin Bell reviewed the Premier Coach Guideline / Policy with the Board. The guideline / policy notes the preference and general policy of the CAA Premier Soccer to have paid coaches (who are not parents of a player on the team) in place for the Premier Teams. If a qualified and licensed Coach cannot be lined up for a White Team or B Team, the Board will consider the assignment of a qualified and licensed parent coach. David Wolf noted that there are Parent Trainers currently involved in the Premier Program. David Wolf requested that an additional Guideline / Policy be prepared to address Parent Trainers volunteering in the Premier Program. Kevin Bell will work on such a Guideline / Policy to present to the Board at another meeting. Motion by Kevin Bell to approve Premier Coach Guideline / Policy. Seconded by --------------. Motion passed by Unanimous Vote. Premier Coach Contracts. Kevin Bell reported that all Premier Coaches have signed their respective contracts. Speed and Agility (SAQ) SAQ will be conducted on Wednesday evenings / nights. Donovan Darius will run some of the SAQ Sessions. The Donovan Darius SAQ will be open to Premier layers 13 and above. There may be an additional SAQ or training day on Fridays. IMG Club (Tampa) Kevin Bell spoke with representative with the IMG Club (Tampa) at AGM. At this time, CAA Soccer / Premier Program is just considering working with the IMG Club (Tampa) which is in the ECNL (Elite Club National League). The matter or decision to participate was not voted on at the August Meeting since the discussions have been preliminary and limited to the discussion with the IMG of Tampa representative at IMG. If at a later time, CAA Soccer forms a relationship with IMG (Tampa). The Director of Coaching and Director of Premier would select the top player OR top two players on a team to try out for the IMG (Tampa) team. If CAA Soccer provides qualified players to IMG (Tampa), CAA Soccer hopes to get additional premier players from IMG (Tampa) or who tried out for IMG of Tampa into the CAA Soccer Program. Kevin Bell pointed out that this will not be an Alliance Team and that talks were preliminary at this time.

Furthermore, it was pointed out that the IMG Club (Tampa) relationship would just be for the Girls Premier players. If selected for IMG (Tampa), selected girls would just play in ECNL because the players cannot play in both ECNL and the Florida State Cup league. U 13 Boys White Coach Needed. Emile Therrien is the current coach but is being deployed. There will be a search to replace Emile Therrien as coach of this team. Academy Update.
