CHALET ALTE POST The Chalet Alte Post is a historic gem of alpine architecture. Built in 1906/07 and lovingly renovated a few years ago, the listed farmhouse has preserved its traditional atmosphere. Crafted original furniture and the traditionally designed breakfast room imbue the building with an original flair all its own.

We cook using local farm eggs, herbs and berries from our fields and forests, used fresh or preserved and dried for the winter. Our meat specialities come, wherever possible, from our organic farmers butcher s shops and come, at least in part, from the happy cows that graze here in the Fiscalina Valley. We cook without the use of flavour enhancers and we respect our products and cook with as little waste as possible. For this reason we are only able to take into account special dietary habits and intolerances to a limited extent. We do not offer vegan cuisine.
