REGULAR PROGRAM M/Y KLARA 8 DAYS FROM VENICE TO DUBROVNIK A Three-Mast Schooner, which will be one of the first ships in this category sailing through 3 countries in 8 days! *The map is for illustrative purposes only DAY 1: VENICE, WELCOME (WD) Check in starts from 1:00 pm. In case your flight arrives earlier, let us take care of your luggage so you can enjoy the fabulous City of Canals unencumbered till the check in time. Around 4:00 pm we will start our amazing day with a sightseeing tour of Venice, where you will visit emblematic monuments of Venice: the Doge s Palace and St. Mark`s basilica. Get settled and join the welcome reception onboard at 07:30 pm. The captain will be waiting to receive all passengers arriving late at night and these guests will be provided with cold dinner. Overnight in Venice. DAY 2: VENICE BRIJUNI ISLANDS - PULA (B, L, CD) Early in the morning we set sail for the largest town on the Istrian peninsula. On the way to Pula you can enjoy the sights and sounds of a relaxing morning of sailing on the Adriatic and a visit to the Brijuni National Park after lunch onboard. After the sightseeing tour of Brijuni we will proceed to Pula, known for its multitude of ancient Roman buildings, the most famous of which is the Pula Arena, one of the best preserved Roman amphitheaters amphitheaters in the world. In the evening, enjoy the Captain s dinner on board. Overnight in Pula. DAY 3: PULA ZADAR (B, L) We depart Pula in the morning and continue our journey south towards Zadar, the oldest continually inhabited city in Croatia, situated in the center of the Croatian Adriatic, and chock full of historical and cultural monuments. After a morning of sailing full of beautiful sights and lunch on board in the afternoon, we will enter the port of Zadar. Enjoy the experience of a walking tour with your local guide who will introduce you to Zadar s rich history and the plethora of monuments and hidden corners it has to offer. Overnight in Zadar. DAY 4: ZADAR ŠIBENIK SPLIT (B,L) From Zadar we set sail towards Šibenik and the Krka National Park, one of the fabled jewels of Croatia s natural beauty. In Šibenik you will enjoy a sightseeing tour of its beautiful ancient streets with the exquisite St. James Cathedral, one of the most important architectural monuments of the Renaissance in Croatia. After the tour you will be taken by bus on a short hop to the Krka National Park to cool off by the crystal-clear waterfalls of the Krka river. After the visit to the Krka National park there will be a short bus ride to Split where we reunite with our ship and are free to enjoy the evening in Split. Lunch on board. Overnight in Split DAY 5: SPLIT-KORČULA (B,L) Early in the morning, before the heat of the day, you can enjoy a sightseeing tour of Split after which we set sail for the island of Korčula, rich in vineyards, olive groves and small villages with numerous bays and coves. Swim stop in one of the peaceful bays, perfect to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of the unspoiled nature, lush vegetation and crystal-clear sea sea. Lunch on board. Afternoon arrival to Korčula. This medieval little Dubrovnik, said to be the birthplace of Marco Polo, has an ancient atmosphere which we will enjoy getting to know on an interesting tour along its winding streets. After the tour, make the best of some free time and sip a glass of local wine or coffee at an outdoor cafe, take a dip in the sea or just continue walking the streets. Overnight in Korčula. DAY 6: KORČULA KOTOR (B,L) In the morning we depart Korčula and set sail for the fabled bay of Kotor in Montenegro. Truly one of the jewels of the Adriatic and you will have the privilege of seeing it from the best possible vantage point, the deck of a sailing ship. Upon arrival to Kotor we will be transfer to small tour boats waiting for us to take us on a scenic tour of the bay of Kotor and to visit the ancient and UNESCO Heritage protected town of Perast with its Church of the Lady of the Rocks, situated on a tiny islet just in front of Perast. You will then have the evening free to enjoy all that Kotor has to offer. Overnight in Kotor. DAY 7: KOTOR DUBROVNIK (B,L) In the morning we set sail north and back to Croatia towards our final destination, the jewel that is Dubrovnik, with plenty of time for swimming along the way. Upon arrival in Dubrovnik we join a guided tour of the Old Town. After the tour of this marvelous and stunningly intact walled city on the Adriatic Coast, you will have the opportunity to experience the best things this town has to offer at your own pace. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PAYMENT POLICY A deposit of 200 per person per tour is required at the time of booking. Deposit payments are not refundable. Full payments are partially refundable depending on the date of cancellation stated below. The deposit forms part of your final payment which is due 30 days prior to departure. If we do not receive final payment by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be advised to DIV Cruises d.o.o. in writing. Cancellation policy: From the day of confirmation up till 30 days prior to arrival DEPOSIT (200 per person) - nonrefundable 29-22 days 30% of the remaining balance 21-15 days 50% of the remaining balance 14-0 days 100% fee Date change fee 20 per person (valid only if the change is done 30 or more days prior to the booked departure, otherwise regular cancellation clause will be applied) *upon RQ/subject to availability The stated expenses apply to changes in departure dates or accommodation facilities as well as for all other significant changes. DIV Cruises d.o.o. charges actual substitution expenses if the traveler contractee terminates the travel contract, and finds another client for the same reservation that satisfies all conditions for consuming the stated travel arrangement. If the traveller has not paid the remaining amount or insured the undisputable payment of the travel arrangement 21 days before the travel departure, DIV Cruises d.o.o. shall consider that the traveler has terminated the reservation, without possibility of reimbursement of the settled advance payment for the travel arrangement. BOOKING MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS DIV Cruises d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel the departure in case of less than 10 participants. In case of cancellations by DIV Cruises d.o.o. a suitable replacement ship (the same or higher category) will be put in place at no extra cost or we will re-book the passengers on the same tour with a different departure date or a similar tour. If that tour is unacceptable, DIV Cruises d.o.o. will refund the money paid to DIV Cruises d.o.o.; there is no additional liability. INSURANCE COMPLAINTS RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS The traveler has the right to submit a complaint due to unfulfilled agreed upon service. The traveller is obligated to issue a written complaint to DIV Cruises d.o.o. within 8 days after the finalization of the trip. Complaints issued after the deadline of 8 days will not be taken into consideration. We emphasize that it is in the best interest of the traveller to perform in good will and to show good will in solving the complaint during the trip and to submit the written complaint to the service provider on the spot (front desk, transport operator, caterer or travel agency in the destination) and to seek a written confirmation from the service provider that they received the complaint. Every traveller contract carrier, issues a complaint individually. DIV Cruises d.o.o. will not take group complaints into consideration. DIV Cruises d.o.o. is obligated to issue a written solution for the complaint within 15 days after receiving the complaint and this is to be done in the way the complaint was received (e-mail, mail or personal delivery where it will be responded to through a written package with a return receipt). DIV Cruises d.o.o. will solve only those complaints where the traveller submits evidence that the complaint has been submitted to the service provider on the spot and that the cause could not be removed on the spot. If through fault of DIV Cruises d.o.o. the program or a part of the service is unfulfilled, the traveller has a right to compensation to the height of the real value of the unused service but this cannot include services already used or the full cost of the arrangement. REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES No refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have started. In case of inappropriate behaviour DIV Cruises d.o.o. and/ or captain reserves the right to expel the passenger whose behaviour is incompatible with the interest of the tour. DIV Cruises d.o.o. is not responsible for any accidents that may occur onboard. We strongly recommend all passengers to take special caution whilst being onboard and/or walking between ships. Due specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, DIV Cruises d.o.o. ships are moored side by side, making it necessary for the clients to cross from one ship to another with gaps in between ships in order to get to the shore. In such cases clients need to take special care when crossing and do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. DIV Cruises d.o.o. strongly recommends taking out a travel insurance policy to cover cancellation charges, accidents and baggage loss.
