On arrival at the airport you will clear customs and collect you bags. You will depart from the airport for a short orientation city tour of Zurich city. You will be driven through the main highlights of Zurich like the Old Town, the biggest clock-face of Europe on St. Peter's church, the worldfamous Bahnhofstrasse, the Limmatquai, the Guild Houses. The journey continues to Adliswil for a ride by cable car to Felsenegg (800 metres) where you enjoy beautiful views over Zurich, the lake and the white peaks of the Alps. We cross lake Zurich by ferry-boat and drive back to Zurich along the 'Golden Coast'. After the tour you will transfer onwards to Lucerne city. Check in the hotel and freshen up. city of bridges. In 1400, Lucerne was the only city in Europe to boast four bridges. The Hof Bridge, constructed around 1250 (demolished 1834), and the Chapel Bridge, built around 1300, formed part of the city fortifications. The Spreuer Bridge served to connect the lower parts of the city. Nowadays the less attractive Reuss Bridge is the oldest river crossing and contributed considerably to the city's development. Bus ride to Engelberg, where the breath-taking journey to Mt. Titlis begins. Enjoy the spectacular sight of the glacier's deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders from the revolving cable car ROTAIR. At the top of Mt. Titlis (10'000 ft. above sea level), a high alpine panorama awaits you. You will have magnificent views of the Alps from the restaurants (lunch excl.) or the sun terrace. Visit the Ice Grotto or take a ride with the chairlift IceFlyer, which brings you close to the crevasses. After the Mt. titlis excursion, you will be transferred to the prier for the short lake Lucerne cruise. Relax on the main or upper deck of the spacious 161-foot (49-meter) vessel while you listen to commentary about the majestic sights via your audio headset. With an expert captain at the helm, you ll motor past forested hillsides and verdant meadows nestled against looming mountain peaks. Purchase drinks and snacks from the onboard bar(extra cost). Today you will drive toward Wilderswil and Lauterbrunnen. About 3 km after passing through Lauterbrunnen you will arrive at Trümmelbach Falls. This unique spectacle in the Lauterbrunnen Valley comprises no fewer than 10 glacier fed waterfalls inside a mountain. The impressive falls - floodlit and accessible by a special tunnel lift - carry up to 20,000 litres of water every second! These are Europe's largest subterranean waterfalls and Lauterbrunnen is often called the 'valley of 72 waterfalls'. The Trümmelbach Falls are the world's only glacier waterfalls that are accessible underground by lift, galleries, tunnels, paths and platforms. After viewing the magnificent falls inside the valley you will depart further onwards to Interlaken. Arrive at the hotel and check in. Day 04: Interlaken Excursion to Mt. Jungfraujoch After breakfast, you will depart for the excursion of Mt. Jungfraujoch. From Interlaken, the heart of the Jungfrau region mountain world and uniquely situated between two lakes, we make our way to famous mountain resort Grindelwald where we board the cogwheel train for a spectacular ride via Kleine Scheidegg to Jungfraujoch.
