Blue Tree is currently under construction and inviting enquiries from partners who would want to be a part of our vision. With investment and funding fully committed, Blue Tree is scheduled to open in High Season 2018/19. The land that has been purchased is Chanote - the highest level of land title in Thailand. After Phase 1 is complete, there will still be over 70 Rai left to develop. Planning for Phase 2 has already commenced and will include a wellness centre and extensive indoor entertainment facility. The retail and offices area have a combined lettable space of approximately 7,000 sqm, with over 70 units including a high-end supermarket. The retail area has a range of products and services selected to ensure there is no duplication between outlets, and they harmonise with the lifestyle and theme of Blue Tree. Blue Tree has been designed as the ultimate fusion of historic Thai charm and modern sophistication to create an open air experience. An eclectic mix of brands and quality boutiques will be selected, to create a highly desirable retail experience. WATER SLIDES Four alternative water slides, nestled within the lush landscaped mountain, feed directly into Blue Tree Lagoon. CLIFF JUMPING AND ROCK CLIMBING Exhilarating cliff jumps will range in height from two metres to 10 metres, while trampolines, dive boards and swinging ropes will add to the adrenaline rush. The rock work has been designed for use as a climbing wall. KIDS SPLASH ZONE The extensive Splash Zone is tailored to kids under 8, offering hours of fun with their friends or with their parents. The Beach Club comprises four storeys of food and beverage experiences with a chilled ambience and spectacular views over Blue Tree Lagoon, both during the day and at night when the Lagoon is illuminated. On the ground floor, the beach club with its resident DJ provide an ambience that appeals to the hip and trendy, whether spending the day on a sun lounger, indulging in a cabana, or partying the night away on the beach. On the second floor, a casual daytime restaurant offers barefoot dining from morning to night - a convenient meeting point where guests can relax, grab a bite and share the day s experiences.
