We re All-in 4 change. Our teammates love the communities we live in and we go out of our way to lend a helping hand...or 200. In addition to dedicating thousands in volunteer hours and in-kind donations to causes we value, the Funner, CA team developed All-in 4 Change, a unique program that expands our reach and allows communities to choose the charities we help. In 2015 voters selected 10 worthy causes to receive much-needed funds. Now in year four, All-in 4 Change has continued to grow, giving away $150,000 among 15 charities. Through time, energy, passion and commitment, Harrah s Resort SoCal teammates continue to make us proud. By the numbers In 2017, 238 nonprofit organizations received aid (cash and in-kind) from Harrah s Resort SoCal. Over 115,000 hours of volunteer time has been donated since 2002. Since 2002, more than $3 million in cash and in-kind gifts have been donated. We have adopted and cleaned up two public areas: Lake Wohlford in Escondido and Buccaneer Beach in Oceanside.
