REGISTRATION Royal Caribbean s HomePort Travel Agent Portal can be accessed on desktop, mobile and tablet devices at www.rcihomeport.com.au. Registration is open to all Australian and New Zealand travel consultants who are employed within an agency that has successfully completed RCL Cruises Travel Agency Registration Process. Registration for HomePort is designed for individual consultants, rather than a shared agency log-in. Click Register to access the Registration Form or visit www.rcihomeport.com.au/user/register Complete the Registration Form using your work email address and agency name. Once you start typing your agency name, you will be able to locate and select your agency from a drop-down list. TOP USER TIP When you register for HomePort, make sure you sign-up to receive email information from us so we can keep you up-to-date with upcoming promotions, insider selling tips, sneak peaks for new ships or destinations, and much more. Once you have completed and submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email to your email address provided.

COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE Once logged into HomePort, visit the MY ACCOUNT page to complete your profile with your job title and contact information. This information will assist us in providing the right cruise product information and sales resources to support you. The MY ACCOUNT page also enables you to update your password and email communication preferences.

NAVIGATING HOMEPORT Following log-in, you will have access to the HomePort homepage. As a new user, you will be given the option to take a short site tour to uncover all the key features on HomePort. TOP USER TIP Don t miss the short guided tour when you first log-in to HomePort. The tour will help you quickly locate useful agent resources and selling tools. You can access the guided tour at any time through the map icon in the lower right corner of your window. The HomePort homepage provides access to all our current news stories and updates. Business updates and current news stories

NAVIGATING HOMEPORT Use the button in the top left corner to view the Navigation Menu of all tools available on HomePort. From here you can quickly navigate between the different resources and marketing tools available for each brand. Once you select a brand, you will only see current offers and news stories for the selected brand. Once you have selected a brand, you will find a navy footer at the bottom of every page. This section provides quick access to Agent Resources and Marketing Tools. Select a resource to view all available content.

CURRENT PROMOTIONS All our current promotions can be accessed by selecting a brand and clicking the Current Promotions tab. Alternatively, the Navigation Menu can be used to access Current Promotions. TOP USER TIP Select Upcoming Offers from the drop down menu to locate information on upcoming promotions.

CURRENT PROMOTIONS Select a promotion to access a full set of campaign tools including Terms and Conditions, Trade Flyers, Digital Assets, Social Media Tiles and more. These tools can be viewed and downloaded directly from HomePort. TOP USER TIP For promotions running for two or more weeks, updated Trade Flyers and Digital Assets may be provided mid-campaign. Log in to HomePort and visit the Campaign Tools page to access the latest resources.

AGENT RESOURCES The Agent Resources section provides access to frequently used Travel Agent tools including Agent Forms, Ship Resources and documents relating to our Onboard Booking Programme. These resources have been further categorised to enable you to quickly locate specific tools. On the Agent Resources page, a drop-down menu enables you to navigate between different resources. Alternatively you can locate a resource using the keyword search bar. All resources can be viewed and downloaded directly from HomePort.

MARKETING TOOLS The Marketing Toolkit provides access to a collection of tools designed to help you market and sell our cruise brands. The Toolkit provides a preview of most resources and provides the option to download files to your desktop. TOP USER TIP Provide your Marketing and Product teams with access to the Marketing Toolkit to assist with co-op activity and local marketing initiatives. Selecting Images will link you to our external Digital Image Library where self-registration provides access to our full range of image and b-roll assets for each brand. Map files categorised by ship or sailing region are available to download in a zipped file format. Simply select a map collection in either JPEG or AI file format and click DOWNLOAD.

MARKETING TOOLS Brochures and Information Flyers may be provided in AUD and NZD versions. Review the file name before downloading to ensure you have selected the relevant version. The Flyers section provides a library of Information Flyers on onboard programmes, FAQ Guides and Selling Kits. TOP USER TIP Use the keyword search bar to quickly locate flyers on specific topics including Beverage Packages, Family Cruising, Groups Policy and much more.

AGENT FAQs HomePort includes a dedicated Travel Agent FAQ page, designed to provide you with quick answers or clarification on varied topics from our booking process to payments, embarkation requirements, and travel documentation. The FAQ page can be accessed from the Header Bar or Navigation Menu. TOP USER TIP Check our Agent FAQs on HomePort for quick answers before contacting the Call Centre. Commonly searched questions will be displayed on the FAQ page. Use the Search Bar or Popular Tags in the footer to locate a specific question. CONTACT US In addition to Agent FAQs, HomePort provides a Contact Form to enable you to submit an email enquiry for further clarification or support on your matter. Complete the form using your HomePort account contact details and select an enquiry type from the drop-down menu options including: New booking enquiries Existing booking enquiries Redeployments Groups Pre-cruise reservation complaints Use the Comment Box to provide further detail on your enquiry. A member of the relevant team will respond to your enquiry within 24 to 48 hours of submission.

ADDITIONAL TOOLS AND FEATURES With Travel Agents at the core of its design, HomePort provides a range of additional features to support you in developing Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Club Cruises product knowledge and selling all three of our brands. CRUISING POWER Whilst HomePort provides all Royal Caribbean s tools of the trade, Cruising Power remains our booking tool and must be accessed to make a new reservation or service existing bookings through Espresso. HomePort provides a direct link to Cruising Power in the Header Bar and Navigation Menu. AGENT TRAINING HomePort provides access to Royal Caribbean s Travel Agent training platforms, including Cruising for Excellence and our Travel Agent Webinar Channel. A direct link to these platforms is provided in the Navigation Menu.

ADDITIONAL TOOLS AND FEATURES MEET THE TEAM HomePort provides a dedicated Meet the Team page with contact details for our National Sales Team. The Meet the Team page can be accessed through the Meet the Team tab on the Contact Us page. TOP USER TIP Use the Meet the Team page to get to know your District Sales Manager and locate contact information.
