CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS We are actively soliciting mass properties related presentations for the technical sessions on Friday, November 8 th. Technical presentations should be no more than 30 minutes in length. An award will be presented for best technical presentation. The best student presentation dealing with any of the weight categories in the field of mass properties engineering shall receive a monetary award. Please submit a brief abstract to John Nakai & Yi-Ling Tam. EXHIBITORS and SPONSORS Interested vendors and suppliers are invited to participate in our conference. Exhibit space is available on Friday, November 8 th to showcase your products, services and new technologies. Time will be allocated during the technical sessions for each vendor to give a brief presentation. Longer presentations may be coordinated through our technical coordinator. Vendor provided training in the use of a particular service or product can also be arranged. A $500 exhibitor fee is required to have a vendor display table at our conference. TRAINING We plan to offer SAWE training on Thursday, November 7 th and Saturday, November 9 th. (Specific training courses to be offered at this conference are TBD) The standard fee for training is $350/attendee for a full day class and $175/attendee for a half day class.
