The Story so far High level Board of ten in place withy confirmation of two more expected Steering Committee taking shape LEP s participating (6) Cornwall & Isles of Scilly has involved us in the writing & now delivery of their strategy Wiltshire has asked to view the Cornwall strategy and we are due to meet with them on 18 th December Dorset meeting arranged for 3 rd December to discuss our involvement Heart of the South West CEO present here today and relationship is building (mainly around Hinkley Point) West of England LEP asked me to present to their construction team in July 2014 Gloucestershire LEP only recently contacted National Members (6) Igloo Regeneration, Environment Agency, Burgess Salmon, Magnox & Structural Timber Association all engaged Nationwide about to engage

Forums Update CCGSW Excellent feedback from two meetings to date next one planned for 24 th February 2015 Procurement Presentation from Martyn Jones to follow G4CSW Hugely successful launch in Bristol in July and now looking to extend around the region BIM4Housing Launched in January we are in the middle of a series of six conferences being held around the UK New Forums Marcoms Scoping meeting planned for 11 th December Lean/Logistics First meeting planned for January 2015

CESW Academy/Consultants Update CESW Academy First short course originally planned for October/November 2014 now delayed until early 2015 Good initial interest Turning interest into bookings has been difficult Content needed to be more tailored Consultants Team Excellent team of eight built up All prepared to offer commission 20% if we present an opportunity to them 10% if they get business direct from our web site Good potential income stream for CESW One project already carried out with four more in the pipeline
