We pride ourselves in offering a personal approach to the engineering challenges on all our projects, regardless of size or scope. BURJUMAN Construction cost (upon completion): Dubai, UAE Murray & Roberts LLC (Middle East) R1bn+ Date of completion: Completed 2005 Mixed-use development including quadruple basement, retail centre and high rise office and apartment blocks. Management of detail design for the Contractor. Value engineering on core/shear wall requirements on high-rise buildings. Realized considerable savings over conceptual design by others.

LAGOON BEACH HOTEL Construction cost (upon completion): Milnerton, Cape Town Irish Development Consortium R220m Completed Date of completion: 2004 200 bed hotel; 172 apartments and basement parking. All post tensioned slab construction.

SPECIAL PROJECTS PROJECT EXPERIENCE

TRIANGLE HOUSE BUILDING We specialise in unlocking value in existing properties. Numerous complex structural alterations attest to this fact. The most recent example if the engineering of a complex 12-storey addition to the existing Triangle House Building in Cape Town. Although the client settled for a less elaborate scheme, the engineering of the complex alteration sets the tone for what is possible with existing buildings in the near future.
