Modern concepts and trends in the field of agriculture, rural development and tourism in EU are topics of special concern, as well as their implication on agricultural sector development as well as the development of rural areas and tourism in Serbia and the western Balkans countries, since the UN declared the year 2017 to be the year of sustainable tourism. The western Balkans countries are able to enter the market and offer authentic products representing unique local identity of tourist destinations. Identification and corporative advantages are significant parts of unique tourist attractions of regions. It requires a constant and devoted cooperation between sectors of tourism and regions. The goals and tasks of the fourth International Scientific Conference on Agrobusiness are the latest dilemmas, scientific and practical solutions, holistic approaches and ideas presented by all who are interested in these issues.
