ROOMS DELUXE DUBLEX FAMILY ROOM (Gross 59 m2) These family rooms are located on the upper floors of the blocks. There is a double bed on the ground floor and 2 single beds upstairs. The bedroom on the lower level can be closed with a door. Maximum accommodation is 4 adults + baby, 2 + 3 or 3 + 2 in total 5 people, with 2 bathrooms and a balcony. RESTAURANTS & BARS A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS CONSEPT Breakfast, late and early Breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snack are served as an open buffet in our main restaurant Hünkar Restaurant. Drinks are served in all restaurants and bars in glasses. The service as a bottle is chargeable. Room service is available 24 hours a day. The minibar is filled at the entrance and is refilled daily. Other beverages that are not part of the Ultra All Inclusive concept, all bottled drinks, energy drinks, some wines, champagne and some special imported drinks are chargeable. The use of indoor / outdoor areas in our facility may vary depending on the seasonal conditions and the number of guests. Information on the application, services and activities (date, time, location, etc.) may be changed or removed as needed. Our à-la-carte restaurants serve international and Turkish cuisine between 19:00 and 22:00. Our restaurants with a rich a la carte menu will be charged per person. It is free of charge for the age group 0-6 years, our guests of the age group 7-12 years are granted 50% discount. In our à la carte restaurants, local alcoholic and soft drinks are free. On our 250 meters long sandy beach, we offer shower and dressing rooms, WC, sun loungers with awnings and 2 piers. Beach towels are free. Egna Spa Center with a modern and authentic architectural structure consists of specially designed rooms, standard and VIP massage rooms, indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, relaxation areas and a fitness center. AQUAPARK There are 8 water slides in our aquapark, including 5 for adults and 3 for children. Please do not give your room card to a third party or leave it in your room. Rooms at Swandor Topkapı Palace are available from 14:00 at check-in and 12:00 at check-out. Our guests can use the late check-out area behind the amphitheater. We ask for a check on arrival in the room and for immediate notification of any damage to items or furniture to our Guest Relations department. Otherwise, damage to the hotel during the checkout / room check will be reimbursed to the guest. For the maximum fulfillment of the cleaning and hygiene requirements, the entrainment of food from restaurants and bars into the rooms is strictly prohibited. Information on the application, services and activities (date, location, time, etc.) may be changed or removed as necessary. Our pools are closed after 19:00 for safety and health reasons. The rooms and towels are changed daily, and sheets are changed every 2 days. Pets are not allowed. The room sizes are including balcony. Extra beds may not be as comfortable as standard beds. The number of persons and all booking details are based on information provided at the time of booking (number of persons, age of persons to be harbored, etc.) and considered correct. In the case of incorrect / incomplete information, booking changes, non-compliance with the terms of the contract, etc., guests have accepted the change fee and any restrictions. In the event of a change in date of stay, number of nights booked and / or cancellation of the reservation, the hotel may make use of your right to the no show fee.
