City Administrator Park Standards Next summer we plan to hire four summer helpers. In order to provide them with direction on how we want our parks maintained and the level of service we expect, I want to create a park by park maintenance checklist. My goal is to ensure that the parks are cared for to the level we want and that we have the measures in place to point out what is not up to our standards. Please take each of your parks and begin to brainstorm with me what those activities are and what level of service they should attain. ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: No action Page 7 of 10

Commissioner Renaker Kichisaga Park options The County is not going to do anything with Kichisaga Park. Does the Commission wish to consider creating a business plan and developing the park? Could we generate revenue by; charging for ballfield use, holding weddings at the Karl Oscar House, concession stand, install lights to extend use, rent slips at a marina, add a municipal campground? Page 8 of 10
