Our latest announcements include the return of W to Sydney, our debut in Adelaide, Australia s first AC Hotel, plus the opening of two worldclass hotels in Perth and Brisbane. I was pleased to be joined recently by senior Marriott executives from the U.S. and Hong Kong for a series of industry meetings in Australia and New Zealand. On this road trip we commenced a conversation about how Marriott intends to apply capital and balance sheet support to back hotel development in our region.
