GENERAL INFORMATION GUARANTEED DEPARTURES We guarantee all the departures of our tours. If any case and due to force majeure, an operation should be suspended, a similar alternative will be offered in price and content to the confirmed one. 24 HOUR ASSISTANCE We take care of our clients with a permanent service of 24 hours assistance. In the documentation for the traveler we will provide the 24-hour assistance telephone number. COACHES WITH WIFI Our coaches in Spain and Portugal incorporate Wi-Fi service, so that our passengers can have access to Internet. The fact that our tours travel by different countries forces to incorporate the Wi-Fi according to the possibilities of each one of them, consequently, in some country the connection could be affected. The Wi-Fi service is free and restricted to normal use of data such as e-mail or on-line messaging services (usually 25 MB per person per day). This service will not be available on transfers from / to airports nor in tours operated in minibuses, vans or cars. INDIVIDUAL AUDIO In order to follow more easily the explanations of our tour guides and local guides, the passengers will have personal earphones of radio guides. This modern system will allow travelers to listen to the guides explanations in a clear and individual way, without worrying about the noisy environments of the cities, without having to be with the group constantly, while taking pictures and discovering the most beautiful corners of our destinations. Note: this service requires travelers to take special care with the treatment and return of the devices and to follow scrupulously the indications that the guides give them. HOTELS In our program, we have selected hotels that meet the required quality standards in each of the countries, having been previously visited the majority by our team, taking into account the facilities of the hotels for the greater comfort of the passenger as well as its convenient location in the city and its proximity to the city center or good transport links. In some countries, there is no official classification, so we assign an indicative category considering their conditions and facilities. In all the itineraries, we indicate you the most frequently used hotels, however, they can be replaced by others of equal or superior category. GUIDES Our tour guides and local guides are great professionals with many years of experience. The tour guides will assist you throughout all the coach tour. During the day or night city visits a local guide will give the relevant explanations with the guarantee of their specialization and their high level of expertise. Note: When the number of passengers of a circuit is less than 15 people, the organization may choose to have the tour accompanied by only an experienced chauffeur who, with his knowledge and experience in accompanying small groups, guarantees the perfect performance of all the tour services. In some departures, the accompanying guide will be bilingual in Spanish and English. VISITS In most of the cities visited during the tour a panoramic tour of the city has been included as indicated in each itinerary. Visits do not include access or entrances to monuments except in those cases where specified. These visits, to make the most of the time of your stay, will usually end in a centric place of the city. All scheduled visits are conducted by local guides to guarantee our passengers the best knowledge of the singularities and history of each city. TRANSFERS Arrival and departure transfers from the airport or station to the hotel at the beginning and end of tour are included in all our programs, as long as they are at main airports and stations and between 7 am and 10 pm. Arrivals and departures to other airports or stations or outside normal hours of operations, will have a supplement. In those cases where additional nights are requested, pre or post tour, the transfer of departure or arrival will also be included without additional charge, only in the case that the additional nights have been reserved through Premium Incoming. In special arrival transfers, and in cases where due to delays of more than one hour in the arrival of the airplane or that due to missing the expected flight the flight is made in other time than originally planned, the passenger must transfer to the hotel on his own. We recommend in these cases to contact our emergency telephone number, to try as much as possible to provide the service, as long as the information is provided with enough time. COACHES Our coach tours use modern and comfortable buses with reclining seats, armrests, air conditioning, public address system, hand luggage trays, etc. The trunk of the coach has enough space to carry one suitcase per person, so we guarantee the transport of one suitcase per passenger. Note: In the case that the trunk is full because it does not have the capacity to place extra luggage that a passenger could carry, the guide may request the extra baggage to be sent by another means of transport and at the expense of the passenger to the location that the passenger decides more convenient. If at any stage of the tour the coach is not operational the operator may instead use an alternative means of transport such as a minibus, airplane or train. MEALS All our trips include breakfast, in some cases continental and in other continental-buffet (continental reinforced with ham and juice) or buffet. The breakfast service is subject to the departure time of the flight, since, if it were early and the restaurant or breakfast room was not open, we will not be able to provide it. The menus of lunches or dinners, which are specifically included in the tour program, are touristic and usually consist of an entrance (soup, salad ), main course (meat, fish, chicken ) and dessert, beverages will not be included unless indicated on the itinerary itself. Important: in the case that any traveler requires any special menu for personal reasons, vegetarians, allergies or other reasons, the guides will ask the restaurant directly for the change, making no compromise that it can be achieved. In the case that the menu is changed, the restaurant may apply a price supplement that the customer must pay directly. DISCOUNTS 25% for children up to 11 years old sharing room with two adults (maximum one child per room or two if the hotel has quadruple rooms) 10% for the third adult person in triple room on the double price. Triple rooms are usually with extra beds. 5% for seniors over 65 years old. 5% for groups of 6 or more, traveling on the same dates, program and services. CANCELLATION PAYMENT AND EXPENSES The total amount of the program must be paid 100% at least 30 days before the start of our services. In case of cancellation the following expenses will be applied with respect to the anticipated date of the starting date of the program; 30-21 days before departure = 25% of expenses 20-15 days before departure = 50% of expenses 14-07 days before departure = 75% of expenses Less than 7 days before departure = 100% of expenses. 3
