1. Organiser: The Win To Fly Promotion ( Promotion ) is organised by Watson s Personal Care Store Sdn Bhd ( the Organiser / Watsons ) which will run during the promotion period below or any other duration specified by the Organiser ( Promotion Period ). 1.1. 1 st March 2018 (from 12:00am)to 31 st March 2018 (up to 11:59pm) 2. Eligibility: 2.1. This Promotion is open to all active registered WATSONS VIP card members, issued by WATSONS MALAYSIA only ( Eligible Participant ). 2.2. Participant must be eligible to participate in this promotion: 2.2.1. be 18 years of age and above; 2.2.2. has a Watsons VIP member account which is active throughout the Promotion Period. Active means Watsons VIP member card is activated or registered with contactable member s details. 2.3. The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion: 2.3.1. Watsons permanent and/or contract employees and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses). 2.4. Promotion Period 2.4.1. 1 st March 2018 (from 12:00am)to 31 st March 2018 (up to 11:59pm) 2.4.2. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion to extend the promotion s period at any time without prior notice to any party ( The Extended Period ). The extended period will be announced at Watsons official website. Any promotions during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions ( Terms and Conditions ) which shall remain in full force and effect. 3. The Promotion Mechanics 3.1. How to participate? Step 1: Spend RM80 and above in a single receipt*at Watsons stores or online stores in Malaysia (* The spending of RM80 and above are excluded purchases of Touch n Go Reload, Pin Top-Up, Refunds, other non-retail spends and delivery charges for Watsons Online Store.) Step 2: 5 winners will be randomly selected from a list of eligible participants by an automated system. The winners will undergo a test of skill in
order to be declared a winner. Winners that cannot be contacted after two (2) weeks by Watsons will be immediately disqualified. 3.2. Promotion prizes 3.2.1. Winners announcement 3.3.1. Winners will only be revealed at the end of the Promotion Period. 3.3.2. Winners list will be announced on Watsons official website or official Facebook page 2 weeks after the Promotion ends. 3.3.3. The ranking of participants in this Promotion (except for the winners) will not be revealed during and after the Promotion Period. 3.3.4. Winners will be notified within 2 weeks after the Promotion Period via email and/or SMS if he/she is eligible to be one of the winners. If Watsons unable to contact the winner after 2 weeks, Watsons will reserves the right to cancel the winner entry and forfeit the prize, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Watsons on the cancellation and the forfeiture. 3.4. Promotion participant eligibility 3.4.1. A participant (based on the registered NRIC number with the Organiser) is only allowed to win a maximum of one (1) prize throughout the duration of the Promotion Period.
3.4.2. Winners of the prizes will be notified via voice call, email and/or SMS to their mobile phone numbers within 14 business days after the Promotion Period. Thus, the participants must keep their email and mobile phones active during this period. The Organiser shall not be held responsible or liable in the event that the winner(s) cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever, following efforts by the Organiser to contact the winner(s). In the event that the Organiser is unable to contact the particular winner after several attempts, that winner will be disqualified. In the event that a winner is disqualified, the next ranked participant will be selected as the winner(s) and the Organiser reserves the absolute right to make the decision. 3.4.3. In the event a winner fails to collect his or her prize within 30 days after winning notification contacted via SMS/email/voice call, he or she waives any and all claims to that prize which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organiser. 3.4.4. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace any of the prizes with other items of similar values at any time, if the stated prizes are not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice. All prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. 3.4.5. The visual of the prizes in www.watsons.com.my or any official promotional materials for this Promotion serve as illustration purposes only. 3.4.6. All prizes are used/accepted entirely at the risk of the winners at all times and the Organiser excludes all responsibility in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. 3.4.7. All prizes given are on as is basis. The title in the prizes and any risk of loss or damage to the prizes is passed to the prize winners upon physical delivery of the prizes to the prize winners. The Organiser, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives shall not be responsible, obligated or liable for the misuse of any of the prizes, nor for any claims, liability, loss, expenses, costs, theft or damages arising out of or in connection with and/or the prizes associated with this Promotion. 3.4.8. The winners of the Promotion may be required to attend and participate in a prize-giving ceremony and/or other related events organized by the Organiser, if any. Should the winners fail to attend such ceremonies and/or events, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes. 3.5. All prizes are also subject to the Terms & Conditions from our Promotion partner. 3.5.1. Redemption is valid until 31 st July 2018.
3.5.2. Booking must be made at least 30 days in advance; travel period starts from 1 st May 2018 to 31 st Dec 2018. 3.5.3. Extra charges may be applied during peak periods. 3.5.4. The prize includes all related taxes and surcharges. Hutchgo.com will issue invoice for the taxes and surcharges to be absorbed by Watsons upon redemption of the prizes by winners. 3.5.5. The Prize is non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash or cash equivalent. It must not be sold and may become void if this condition is breached. 3.5.6. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Hutchison Travel Limited (hutchgo.com) shall be final. 3.5.7.
