Constantine, 2 miles, is a well stocked villag e for daily supplies and also hosts a brilliant liquor/wine store, with some hard to find treats. The towns of Falmouth an d Helston feature th e supermarket g iants, but if you prefer to avoid this experience, shop online and g et it delivered but be sure to tell the driver that access is tig ht and they will strug g le to turn the van around. They will also need to follow exact directions and not use the postcode. The harbourside town of Falmouth has a g reat collection of independent restaurants, as well as Rick Stein's, Fish and Chips, Deli and Champag ne and Oyster bar. Here you can buy from an independent butcher and g reeng rocer. For fresh fish we sug g est Seabourne Fish at Isling ton Wharf, Penryn, for the best catch of the day. The Lizard Peninsula is just over 30 minutes by car and as the U.K's most southerly point, is bound to be a must see destination.

At that stage we will have collated the owner's own holiday dates and we will be in a position to ask you to confirm your reservation and pay a 30% deposit. The balance will then be due 28 days before your holiday start date. Most of the Cornish Holiday Cottages are second homes and therefore we tend to know the owner's patterns, so we will inform you immediately if we think you are unlikely to be offered your chosen week. How to check availability Our online booking system is current to the minute, so please check online to see if your desired holiday home is available or call/email us, if you prefer. Short Breaks The majority of holiday cottages within our portfolio are open for short breaks from October to Easter. The short break tariff is generally calculated at 70% of the weekly tariff for 4 nights or less, 80% for 5 or 90% for 6 nights. (Please note that we reserve the right to consult the property owner before confirming a short break booking). How to Book (Booking is quick, easy and secure) 1. Make an online/verbal/written provisional booking. 2. To secure the booking please pay the 30% deposit, or the full rental if the booking commences within 28 days. 3. The balance is due 28 days before arrival. Reminders are not sent, but we will notify you at the time of booking, the due date for your balance. If you pay by card we will debit your card automatically on this date, so please make a note of it. 4. On receipt of the balance payment, a confirmation letter, the joining instructions and directions to the property will be sent to you. 5. Finally, turn up, kick back, relax and have a great time.
